Dr. Hayden is a great primary care physician. I posted a positive review of Dr. Hayden on this site which was posted. Now I looked and saw SOMEONE ELSE'S less than great review posted in my name. This is unfortunate and quite incorrect. Dr. Hayden is very experienced and very knowledgeable. Dr. Hayden is a great physician period.

The office has declined greatly. The two older women at the front desk are often talking about lunch, ordering food, and laughing all while having patients standing at the window waiting to check in. Talking about the patients after they walk off not knowing other patients are still able to hear them. After my last experience I verbally complained to management and changed my doctor. Sad for the doctor.

This is annoying I had an appointment at 11am to do blood work. Now I’m being told they “ONLY” do bloodwork on Mondays. What’s more annoying is that the receptionist who set my appointment up didn’t even mention it. I’ve left numerous messages for a call back and to my surprise I still haven’t received a call back. I hate dealing with unprofessional people.

I’m a new patient and been on hold for 20 mins just to make an appointment. Not okay at all

Dr Hayden is an excellent dr., but the wait time is horrible even for telehealth calls. I have been waiting 3 hours for a 9:15 appt. and still waiting. Thinking seriouslyabout changing. I have been with her for over 20 years and the wait just gets worst and customer service can use more training some of them are rude as hell and they don't half answer the phone.

This is unacceptable, I haven't even met the doctor yet and already its unorganized and the front desk agent that assisted me (Island Accent)she was sweet but is as clueless as ever. I've recently moved to Ft. Laud. from Miami and had to change my PCP to Dr. Anna Hayden. When I booked my appointment I was told that they are not excepting new patients and gave me a much extended appointment date that was 3 weeks outs. The day before my appointment 6/1/20 the same women with the accent decided to call me to notify me that Dr. Hayden will not be coming into the office! I questioned, Why Not? She simply responded that she DOES NOT KNOW WHY the Doctor wont be in but my appointment will be Canceled. Instead of offering me a closer date to my canceled date she decided to give me a another 3 week postponed I am expecting my first child, I don't have time to be bounced back in forth to wait and wait on an Appointment. Unprofessional, Unacceptable and will not refer this location to anyone.

This doctor and the office is so horrible! I chose to go to this doctor's office because it was close to home and i saw that Dr. Jayden had 3 starts on her med profile so i choose to give her the benefit of the doubt despite the google reviews. Fast forward to my assignment i wait 3 hours just to see a doctor and funny thing is o meet the doctor in training before her. No problem at all he was super sweet! Then after waiting some more i see Dr. Hayden for what seems like 15 minutes. The first thing she tells me is that I'm over weight (i only weigh 150) and that i should lay low on food like cake even though i explained several times that i was gluten AND dairy free. The main reason i was there was to find issues on my chronic stomach pain for several months and not about a diet plan. Not to mention when i completed the lab test she ordered i never got a call with my results. I called three weeks after to see what was going on, only for the front desks to play transfer tag with my call and then eventually hang up on me. This was my last straw and i would not recommend others to go see her.
