Holy Cross Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Such a rude person who answers the phone and works at the desk. The same person ... a black receptionist or secretary I dont know her name. She cuts you short when talking and when I called about prescriptions that pharmacies could not help with or a vaccine form she took it upon herself to tell me no in both aspects instead of having a dr. or nurse consider their own opinion. I have been going there for many years. Sine the remodel and changing staff people have become so nasty ans impatient. I might be looking somewhere else. And to make things worse when you want to schedule an appt. you have to wait like 3 6 mos.

wow what rudeness and diversion of the staff all I wanted was the results to tow tests to be sent to my surgeon over a month of rude stonewalling not to send the reports my surgeon has called twice for the reports no recall and I have called. They are very very rude if you can think of way to not help a person they could write the book. Even one of the two doctors Lesser had the enthusiasm of a nonbeing. In sum stay away from the practice. Most of my doctors are within the Holy Cross system. They lack orespone is hurting the process for hand surgery they frankly don not care

Dr Matos has given me my quality of life back and so much more was in horrible pain for over 6 months trying everything but surgery I was out of options he made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything to me like a friend not a patient had disc replacement and fusion and have never felt so good in my life immediately felt better would give this guy 100 stars if I could.

A flawless and caring experience in a very concerning time. Everyone I came in contract was great and professional

5 years ago I was told that the only course of treatment for my neck pain would be to fuse several vertebrae together. I decided to wait and Im so glad I did because I was able to manage the pain with very little medicine and a lot of personal care. In December 2018 it got worse.After fighting with my insurance company and the help of my wonderful primary Dr. Anele Manfredini I was able to see Dr. Ali Ghods a neurosurgeon. He did a disc replacement on a Wednesday and I was sent home that same day. Swallowing wasnt fun for the first couple of days but I didnt mind the Italian ice jello and applesauce Seriously Italian ice was the best because the cold helped to sooth my trachea. My back and neck were sore for a few days but some massage heat and rest helped. The incision is still healing but there is little to no pain with it.I am on the mend thanks to the relentless work by Dr. Manfredini and her entire office staff along with the amazing skills of Dr. Ghods and the care of his staff. Special shout out to his nurse Angela who was extremely helpful and kept me calm.I didnt come across one bad person or bad moment while in preop or postop at Holy Cross. I am very thankful to all involved. No offense but I hope to never see them again. But if I need it this is the hospital and medical care I will seek.
