Holy Cross Hospital's Online Review Report Card

I had both hips replaced by Dr Gosthe over the last two years and was into see him this week for my knee.I totally trust him to fix me up and he has.  Ive been in pain since 2014 and hes the best.   I totally trust him and thats big for me.  Hes professional kind and compassionate .  Im 71 years and felt very discouraged because I couldnt walk which doesnt feel good  Thank you Dr.Gosthe

Was scheduled my first day. Therapist was late. Gave me exercises to do at home with an elastic band. They didnt give me the band. 2nd appointment I was told that my PT person was out. They got me another one who was 30 mins late and only saw me for 30 mins. The appointments are supposed to be 45 mins. All he wanted to do was to chat with the other PTs about football. I had to call him back every time my exercises were completed. Everyone around was basically ignoring the patients for personal chat. 3rd appt they called me and told me my PT person was sick again. I wont be going back.

I want to give a special thanks to Danielle Cote and Dr. Troy OMG first and foremost I was so afraid when I first went for my hip injections and Danielle and Dr. Troy made me feel so comfortable and the procedure went well. Sin ce the injections I have had many questions and Danielle has always found time to address my concerns in an extremely timely fashion. Danielle has so much passion for her job and I will not go to any other Orthopedic center for treatment. Thank you so much Danielle and Dr. Troy for your excellent services.

I had an appointment with my doctor at his office in the Orthopedic Institute on Dixie Highway. I paid my copay and got an XRay and a cortisone shot.Now I get a bill in the mail for $250 for a facility fee. Will never use any Holy Cross facility and would give them 0 stars if I could.

Very frustrating Im a patient for over 2 years and 2 surgeries and they send me away from my appointment because they cant verify my insurance with Humana even though Cobra verified that it is effective I drove an hour and a half to this appointment and waited for an hour and a half to get sent away Terrible to treat an existing patient like this. I will be looking for a new doctor closer to home. Sorry Dr Wodicka.

Dr. Raul Gosthe is the best just had total knee replacement surgery with the holy cross group and everything went great. The staff the hospital everything went wonderful.

I called to transfer my appointment to my spouse and the girl from the front desk just cancel my appointment and couldn’t get me a new one she was simply careless about meSimply upsetting

WOW sorry to see a few unhappy people as my experience was soooo different. My therapist Amy was amazing for well over 30 appointments. Other therapists were always very friendly acknowledging me as I had many frequent appointments.Covid19 safety was a high priority throughout all of my visits with temp checksscreening.Front lobby excellent the girls upstairs that let you into therapy amazing... the girls seating new arrivals for doctor appointments also great and the staff behind the scenes like Dr Lovy AMAZING and Carly and at the inside desk. A big thank you to all of you STAY SAFE AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Dr. Jennifer Boeri Diana and the rest of the staff have been excellent I felt I was in good hands from my first appointment. They are all very upbeat knowledgeable and professional. I needed foot surgery due to a bone infection. Even though she has a very busy practice Dr. Boeri always took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all my questions. If I called the office or emailed she always got back to me promptly. If she was unavailable Diana was there to answer my questions. My surgery went well and Im on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend Doctor Boeri to anyone who is in need of her services.

When I walked in the was packed every seat taken. Even post COVID. Lady at the counter gave me a used pen to fill out a paperwork. Got in the back and the first Room looked like the paper on the chair was already used. The place was dirty. When I left I got extremely sick. I would not go back.
