The most horrible experience in ER. The staff is inexperienced no bedside manner and way to young to be running the ER. It was like a ghost town no staff members to be found. Moved my family member to another hospital on a Friday night at 9pm that’s how bad it was. No one cares, bottom of the barrel staff. When pressure to help they all had an attitude. Everyone one of them. The security police officer told me he was more educated than me because he was a f-cking police officer while another security guard laughed at me over and over because I was upset that no one was helping my family member. It was like the worst of the worst in staff! Do not recommend.

I was at the Holy Cross Health Hospital yesterday and it was one of the best experiences that I have in any Broward County Hospital. Also want to highly recomend my Doctor Ahmed E Osman and specially thanks David Bonet for great health care, empathy and professionalism Please commend them for and excelent work.

I was admitted on the 16 June My name Stuart Levine I was placed in room 552-2 The staff was incredible on all days and nights All nursing g care teams and patient care teams and clinical care . Going to Rio Vista is truly an amazing experience! Let me tell you, if you're feeling sick after going there and speak with the staff, his nurse (sorry right now we forgot her name and we do apologize) and Dr. MANZI you pretty much come out healed. The level of service offered from the front desk to the back office is phenomenal. Dr. MANZI care is priceless! We see him for many years and although we could have a different insurance and see other doctors, we are keeping with him even as HUMANA is not being accepted by Holy Cross! His knowledge, wonderful bed side manners, and personality are impressive. He has followed our health for many years and it's so rewarding to spend some minutes with him discussing about it, hearing his always updated expert advice, and together discussing a better plan moving forward. He can answer any questions finding the proper guidance. His medicine knowledge is really impressive! He is truly a doctor who loves his profession from his heart and soul, and that is what truly makes a rewarding difference! Our most sincere appreciation to doctor MANZI, your super cool Nurse (can't remember her name still until now {well that happens when you get older} and each one person of your staff for always willing to help us and for always making a difference on every single visit since the very first one many years ago. your people need to learn how to talk to people. I did nothing to deserve the attitude I got from the nurse. and when I went to speak to the charge nurse she came in there with an attitude. we come here for help not Madness

Stay away from Dr Munuswamy totally incompetent and stubborn in his treatment almost lost my life because he refused to dig deeper in the heart results , as a result I must go through 3 bypass rather than 3 stents.

Unfortunately, I had to stop going to Holy Cross after 8 years. Their billing practices and accounting department are HORRIBLE! Every visit there were issues with my claims and you can't get anyone on the phone except people who want to collect your money. They've even put me in for collections when I didn't owe them anything. One issue took me 1 YEAR to resolve. It's not my insurance company since this has happened over and over and with two different ins companies. I love my doctor, but can't deal with their billing issues. Beware!

Dr Larned is my cardiologist. He is a very competent and caring physician. I always feel that my health care is in good hands after my periodic visits. I would strongly refer him to anyone seeking good cardiac care.

Holy Cross is a horrible Hospital!! In years past it was great currently under this administration is a disaster of in medical mehym. In past I had over 30 major hospitalizations here and never had a issues until my current experience on March 4th 2023. I called administration and filed a complaint was told I hear back 30 days later, well 30 day came no response called Shaney in complaint dept was told letter was sent out but never recieved so she would mail again.After a few day get a form letter saying they reviewed my complaint from date of service of NOVEMBER 2019 and have come to the conclusion there was no fault on there end!!! REALLY NOT ONLY DID YOU SEND ME A PISS POOR FORM LETTER you said you found no fault as far as my complaint goes from the year 2019! When I called back to tell Shawney about there rudeness she said I'll get back to you after I check with her supervisor!! No follow up!! No I won't recommend this Hospital to ANYONE!! THE CATCH PHRASE HOLY CROSS WHERE OUR MISSION IS YOU OH HELL NO and I can say it with experience
