My parents are both retired physicians and I am an owner of hospitals. I take care of my mom for a decade now and know my way around doctors and then some. We saw Dr Lapport because of concern over her kidney and his better availability vs others. He seemed young, but I’m truly impressed by both his broad and specific knowledge, and how he considers factors when diagnosing. It’s apparent as soon as you speak with him. Time will tell as we are early with him vs many others who do a casual glance and then bring out the prescription book without considering all factors.

My pharmacist faxed 2 request for medication refills...there was no response. I phoned the office and the most UNPROFESSIONAL, IRRESPONSIBLE, NONCOMPASSIONATE, NONEMPATHETIC male answered the phone....told me to " contact my dialysis center"????l advised my dialysis center has nothing to do with my rx....he then said hold on let me see what l CAN do...he was SEVERELY RUDE!!!! should not be answering the phones if he cannot answer minimal questions with patience 🙄 SEVERELY poor customer service!!!
