Dr Berman will be my surgeon for an umbilical hernia surgery repair. Upon my first meeting with him he gave me a quick diagnosis that I had been waiting months for .. appreciated that. He also gave me a detailed descriptions of the surgery needed, the recovery process and how it would relate to me. Everything i needed and more, i was very satisfied. Before leaving, the staff told me they would send the request for surgery to my insurance that day and I should have results before the end of the week. When i called the next week, the staff member that I spoke to when asking for results of the insurance request was rather rude to me. Debra, I was asking for pertinent information for my day to day life and there is a level of professionalism and customer service that you should respect when doing your job. I will update this review when more information is available, I have no doubt in the quality of the medical service and do not want to damage the business by posting a low star review.
