John Pinnella's Online Review Report Card

I had a breast organization done with him over 6 months ago. I knew something was wrong the day after surgery. He told me not to worry about it and come back in a month when one breast was higher and healing better than the other. Well July made my 6 months and I went to my appointment and he told me that he can fix it but I have to pay for the anesthesia fee. I'm like why do I have to pay if you knew it was a problem since the day after surgery when I came in twice before my 6 months. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have not spoken to a manager yet with this problem. Plus I have to come out of pocket to pay for anesthesia fee when it's clearly something that the doctor knows that it was a era in his part. I've been in pain for the last 6 months I have not been back to my normal routine as of yet because of this. Why won't they help me???

Face Lift

Very disappointed at Dr. Pinella, I had to go for surgery twice, in the first surgery they did not removed all the unwanted fat, when I went for the second time, the Dr. Did not removed anything, I still have unwanted fat around my pectorals. I can't believe that I have to pay for a second time not to see any results. I went to talk to his office and they want to charge me again to undergo for a third surgery (revision of a revision) waste of money and lot of pain for nothing.

Dr. Pinnella had great bedside manner, is compassionate, giving and a blessing to me. He addressed all my questions and concerns. Have performed two well needed procedure on me following massive weight lost. I'm well satisfied! Dr. Pinella expertise have today made my dream, my reality. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me. Thanks also to Nurses Nicee and Tameka who have cared for me following both procedures in a compassionate and healing way, with high quality care. From Tameka calming my little nervous self down prior to procedure with her gentle touch, to Nice delicately caring for me during follow up with her healing touch. Ladies I thank you both from the bottom of my heart for being awesome Nurses to me. May God continue to bless South Florida Center in every department. You all rocks!!!

After two surgeries the Dr. did not removed all unwanted fat, I'm not overweight and have very little fat to be removed, Dr. Pinella did a good job the first surgery, but the second not very good, he did not removed anything, now they want me to undergo to a third liposuction procedure. Lot of pain and waste of money for nothing.

Dr Pinelas promised to make me look like pics of his daughter he showed me during my consultation with him. He promised to treat me like if I was one of his daughters, I look at my breasts and all I can do is cry. It's best to go to a private doctor and pay a few thousand more and get the results your looking for. There were lots of women that had to redo their breast during my post OP visit with him. It's amazing how they just charged me an extra $1000 and could not find what was wrong with my right breast. They want to squeeze as much money out of you. DONT GO TO A PLACE BECAUSE OF PRICE. Research your doctor good because you could even end up with neurological damage. Now I have to go to specialists and go to another doctor to fix the mess Dr Pinellas did.Today is May 25th 2018, and no one has contacted me regarding my post here, which they responded that they will reach out to me and resolve the matter to their best abilities. It's crazy how they try to hide their mistakes by posting such things and not doing what they say. They are trying to clean their name. I will continue to share my experience with as many people as I can. I go to a very popular gym and I have been telling everyone about my HORRIBLE experience with you! The only way you will get me to shut up is by reimbursing me the cost of the surgery. Now I have to go to another doctor to fix the MESS you created. Please people dont get pulled into their fake smiles and inexperienced doctors. They hire these doctors that have disciplinary action against them, that no professional hospital would hire and they pay them pennies on the dollar to mutilate their patients. !!!!BEWARE!!!! Look me up in Facebook and I'll tell you my experience. I don't want anyone else to go threw what I went threw! I'll even show you pictures of how horrible he left my breasts!

Did not care about my pain.. did not call to check on me. Did not give me the look i was looking forward to. Not good customer service he has.
