RUN RUN ... from the poor receptionist who does not return her calls or emails... to the sad visual of the lobby to the almost incomprehensible lack of screening prior to your appointment... to the out of touch Doctor who cant process anything you say if you talk faster then a 5 year old. sad

He does seem ready for retirement as he moves and talks like he's in a fog. His sweet nurse seemed to coaching him and repeated everything I said, partially in Spanish. I think his advancing years is doing to him that which happened to my very old elders- they all go back to their original language, mine were German and French, if I were Spanish I'd been better able to communicate. He gave me medicine and when it didn't work it was straight to a colonoscopy and it was the first to ever come back with no polyps or hemorrhoids, I'm 60 and have hemorrhoids inside since 12 so that was weird but ok. And then he sent another specialist that also didn't speak English. I've had entirely too many mistakes in my care and my children's care because the doctor didn't understand what I was saying. He did nothing to help and I'm now having to do everything again. Retire doctor, it's past time! And retire your staff too, except the one nurse.

Didn’t do enough work to actually help me with my issue and then recommend me to get surgery and when I went to talk to a surgeon, the surgeon told me about all these tests that can be done to actually find root of my problem instead of just cutting me open. So, now I’m starting over with a new GI doctor cuz this one wasted 3-4 months of my time sadly.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH! This doctor is bad news, he comes in the room barely talks, he's an older Argentine doctor, the one thing he immediately said that was that I needed to get off my Nexium and he insisted on putting me on some baking soda pills that he SELLS in his office, which made my acid reflux worst, I have LPR- laryngeal pharyngeal reflux, and I have to be on a PPI medication to avoid esophageal cancer, this condition is no joke! The acid reflux Aggravates my asthma among other things, and can cause serious issues if I'm not on any PPI's medications, however he didn't replace the Nexium with any other medication, other than what he sold me, he rarely talked to me, he seems lost, this doctor should really retire he seems senile and its sad because he can cause someone serious issues I was getting erosions in my throat from the horrible acid and, I had to go to another gastroenterologist who put me back on Nexium, please avoid this doctor at all costs!! The nurses seem senile as well, they don't help much but push the supplements he sells.
