Pleaseeee call your patients back! I love the use of AI but you leave endless messages and no one ever calls back. Ive called at least 4 times today and like 5 last time had to walk in to get a hold of anyone

Pick this Dentist. You won’t regret it! My family and I drove 2 hours one way to pass by the WPB Children’s Surgery Center after being referred from Dr. Dale in Jupiter. I read some sketchy reviews there, and didn’t like what I heard in consultation, and so I decided to have a second opinion at Journey. I know I made the right decision and it was worth every bit of travel. My son needed an extraction and I was told he needed to be put under, and have a bunch of other work done by WPB Surgery. Journey kids was able to have my son have the work done same day and under nitrous. My son had the quickest and easiest procedure. This place is for the kids. They’re not out for our money or insurance money. The doctor was so kind to my son and they did such an amazing job. Hopefully we won’t need any more extra work done, but if we do, we’ll be taking the extra time to drive to Journey. I now wish Journey was our home dentist!

Excellent staff, very professional and I can tell very skilled. It was a comfortable clean environment. They took good care of my boy, and we left happy. I highly recommend, and we traveled nearly 2 hours for them!

The best kids dentist office in the world!! We love the family of journey dental . They always make us feel welcome. I have had all my children since they were 2 years older now almost teenagers. I was just there 7-23-26 We had the best visit they came in with ratatouille on their shoulder. The assistant and the doctor were so good to My Daughter and her friend that came to support her. It was just a bunch of us in a lot Office laughing not even thinking about where we were and what was about to happen kids were very cool and calm. Thanks to the environment at Journey Kids.

Dr. Romero and Marcela and staff are dentist/children whisperers is what I like to call them. Not only are they very welcoming/calm and patient with the kids. This office is truly a gem.
