Staff takes time to explain everything and Dr. Khanna is wonderful

Dr. Khanna is wonderful, very caring and listens to you. Had two visit with her and will continue to see her. Her staff is great too, very attentive and nice. Thank you Ladies and Dr. Khanna.

We found the best doctor in town when we moved to Florida since 1990. My husband went through many tough health issues. She is always taking time to listen and address all our health concerns and questions and do follow up and return calls if needed. Dr. Khanna always shows care and treat her patients with respect. Her office staff is wonderful and very helpful. It is really peaceful to know that we have a health care provider who knows her patients well and really care for their well being.

Dr. Khanna is wonderful. She listens to me and takes time discussing options. She is very caring and I trust her. She has a busy office but, her staff are awesome. I am thankful that a coworker recommended them to me. It has been around 4 years now.

Good doctor...

First and second visits were fine. Then I was terribly sick. I called for an appointment - no availability. I asked for antibiotics - no can do. They told me to go to urgent care. Wow, guess they think we are all made of money. I did go to urgent care. And I did change my primary care doctor on my insurance.

Unfortunately, my experiences with Dr. Khanna haven't been as pleasant as I'd hoped. I recall my first visit with her, last year, being a little awkward. I just wrote it off as a new doctor/patient relationship and anticipated the next one would be better. I eventually made her my PCP through my insurance and unfortunately, our relationship never progressed. I find that Dr. Khanna lacks sympathy. I believe her lack of sympathy directly effects her lack of sense to urgency when it comes to her patients health concerns. She's considered a family practice physician and I have not been able to locate any specialty. So I found it baffling when requesting referrals or scripts to visit a specialist regarding specific medical issues, that she would deny it or not provide alternatives that were beneficial while awaiting the specialist visit. I am so disappointed in her performance. I wish I could leave no stars at all. I will never recommend anyone I care about or love to visit her. And I won't be going back. Too often I went, had a pointless visit, and walked out wasting money.

Didn't think I would like her as I just don't like doctors..., but surprise surprise..I love the way she really listens to what I am saying. She seemed honestly concerned about the lack of medical care I have given myself. but did not lecture... but spoke to me with compassion to gently remind me that I too need to take care of myself. I love the fact the office is right on top of my prescriptions and I never have a problem getting an appointment when I NEED not when easiest for them... wait time is less that 10 min. and referrals are easy also... been to so many other doctors where the doctor was good but the staff sucked or where the staff is good but the doctor sucked...but I finally found an office where both are excellent... thank you .... see you Tuesday....
