EXCELLENT VISIT WITH DR. WONGKITTIROCH.. VERY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I FELT VERY RELAXED WHIILE THE DR. WAS ADDING FILLERS, AND HER PERSONALITY MADE ME FEEL EVEN MORE COMFORTABLE AS WELL. STAFF VERY NICE AND WAS CONCERNED THAT YOU WERE HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICES RENDERED. OFFICE ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY CLEAN POSITIVE VIBES ALL OVER AND VERY RELAXING. GOOD JOB TO BOTH DR'S @ THIS PRACTICE FOR ALL YOU DO AND THE WAY TO PICK A GOOD SUPPORT TEAM AS WELL. TRULY, YOLANDA DAMIANO

I was there early 2023 for a cyst surgery. Excellent doctor. Very kind and explicit about the treatment she performs on her patients. Her staff in the front desk and in the procedure room is very good and helpful. I will return with Dr Khongruk if I ever need a dermatologist again.

After disastrous disfiguring Moh's surgery I just received notification from my insurance carrier that my claim is denied due to incomplete information submitted by Z Roc. Aetna made 2 written attempts to secure the necessary procedure codes to process my claim as well as a personal phone call appeal from me 5 weeks ago to which they responded "Its in the mail". Neither Aetna nor I ever received the necessary information. Now since the claim was denied and being over 120 days old it will require a special appeal process to reinstate. 2 written and 1 oral request for insurance codes and all ignored Been a patient of Dr Zarraga for the past 5 years whom I would rate among the best of the best if not for the fact that he referred me to his partner for Moh's Rhino surgery. My experience was shocking. First I thought she was on amphetamines as Ive never seen anyone work at such alarming speed. The kind of experience you expect at the Indy 500 when pulling your race car in for a pit stop. Some time subsequent to her surgery the sutures failed and unknowingly left me with an eraser size hole in my nose. Being filled with dry blood I was unable to recognize what happened. After a week of scaring next she squeezed it together with glue leaving me with concave compression similar to a belly button on my nose. Fast forward another week and upon follow up she offered me laser treatments to help mitigate the damage at 1/2 price, however, that price was double what I had paid for comparable laser skin treatment at another Dermatologist on Las Olas high rent district. Upon consulting two outside Laser Trained Dermatologist specialists both declined to treat me as it wouldn't achieve in their opinion an acceptable outcome, just drain my wallet and both referred me to a cosmetic surgeon to repair the damage doubling my cost for this procedure.

Dr Wongkittiroch was so patient with me while helping me decide about a procedure. She explained everything in detail and helped put my mind at ease.

After visiting multiple doctors and dermatologists, I have finally found the one. She’s very knowledgeable and shows that she cares. You can tell she is passionate about her job. Looking forward to the professional relationship going forward.

I have never been happier than using Zroc dermatology for all of my dermatology needs. DR. C and Dr M are very educated in their field and are compassionate with their patients. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

In spite of bad reviews I made an appt. Then my primary referred me to Dr Galitzer so I called twice to cancel my appt with this office as they seemed like they did not care if I canceled. But I wanted to be clear that the appt was canceled. Now one month later I get a $25 no show bill. Unbelievable.

She did Mohs. For follow ups she would spend about two minutes. Eventually she said it was all healed and required no more treatment. It was obvious that it was still raw. Open so my husband and I continued to keep it moist and bandaged. It took 4 more weeks. Altogether it was 20 weeks. She and Zarraga both get by by pretending to love everyone. It’s so phony in ther case.
