Be careful, if you purchase multiple units for Botox to keep on your customer profile make sure you keep a record of every appointment and every unit you’ve ever used and have the staff print it out or put in writing. This location repeatably messes up the numbers. Don’t trust there system unless you don’t care about your money.. Its not that hard to keep track of this.. get it together laser away. The fact that customers have to worry about the accuracy of your system is ridiculous. You’re better off going to another establishment that has better leadership and better systems and processes in play.

I love laser away! Helped me so much with my laser hair removal. It was very quick and painless. I went to the Fort Lauderdale location while I was visiting and met Berlin at the front. Even though that is not my home location she checks up on me and makes sure I am taken care of!

LaserAway is the best for any medical services. I had bad pigmentation from the sun and the clear and brilliant helped so much with it. Everyone is so helpful, especially Tori who walked me through my treatments. They truly are amazing!

From consultation to my first appointment today the staff was very attentive to my wants and needs. Alexa is great and patiently guided me through the whole process. Caroline was my wonderful technician, and she made my experience painless!! Results tbd.

There is one tech in particular that I love so much & always got excited when I saw that she was my tech for my sessions!! Carolina S. She is amazing, she is kind, diligent about getting every spot, making sure I’m comfortable & happy… I can go on and on. She made my experience so much better! I highly encourage booking with her.
