Lattouf Carol's Online Review Report Card

She is seriously one of the best best best dermatologists I have ever dealt with!!! She truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She is so patient, sweet and doesn’t try to sell you any products like every other dermatologist I know. I love her office staff and Alex is great! Would highly recommend going to her. You won’t be disappointed!! 5/5 :)

Dr. Charlie is one of the most professional physicians that have met in my 59 years on planet earth. I had a sebaceous cyst removed from my back. It had been getting bigger for quite a few years. First meeting to determine issue and course. Second meeting for scheduled procedure. He explained everything thoroughly and his nurse was fantastic. My wife is going to schedule an appointment to have him look at her cyst. He cut a cancerous lesion off of her neck 7 years ago. He is the best. Thank You Dr. Charlie!!!

!!! CAUTION!!!!!! NEW PATIENTS BEWARE!!!Are physician offices no longer responsible for verifying a new patients insurance?!This passed January as soon as i received my medical insurance cards from Cigna I called the office of Dr. Nelson Charlie and Dr. Lattouf. The receptionist confirmed that they (The Doctors) were in network and that they accepted my insurance and booked an appointment with Carol Lattouf. I had several visits with Carol Lattouf including a surgery. A few weeks after surgery I received notice that the office of Dr. Nelson Charlie and Carol Lattouf did not accept my insurance even though the office verified my insurance after taking photo copies of insurance card, ID, and taking co payment before multiple visits. I’m currently being charged for the entire bill minus a small “discount” that Dr. Nelson Charlie feels is acceptable due to his office’s negligence. The discount isn’t comparable to what I would pay with insurance. I would have never chosen this provider if they had said they were out of network.Seems a little shady especially since one of the girls from their office said this has happened to many of patients...

Dr. Lattouf is Amazing! She’s kind, patient and explained everything in detail. I had several surgeries with her to remove my basal cells carcinoma and she did a wonderful job.After that I trusted her with my fillers and I love the result. I did it first time in my life and worried a lot about how I’ll be looking after. My face looks fresh and younger and any bruises left. Everything looks natural. And I even got a cute gift from her for lips, which I like a lot. Happy that I met her!!!

I have mixed feelings with Dr. Lattouf. I do agree with some of the reviews that she would take time to speak with me and listen to me, except for when I had a procedure done. She injected me with anesthesia and did not wait even 5 minutes for the anesthesia to set in before cutting into my skin and digging in with surgical instruments. As a result, I experienced a great deal of pain as she dug into my skin with the surgical instruments. My daughter later brought to my attention that some doctors commonly treat black women (I am a black woman) and black customers in general with less caution and sensitivity than they do their white counterparts. I feared that perhaps I was yet another unwitting victim of this trend. I hope that Dr. Lattouf will be more careful and sensitive to pain management in the future when dealing with black women and with waiting longer for the anesthesia and numbness to set in before doing painful procedures in general.

Wow! The most amazing dermatologist I ever did meet! Dr Lattouf is so patient, knowledgable, kind and an absolute pleasure!Love her! Love her staff! Love the office!I was going out of town and I have a very painful boil ... that needed removal. I was able to be seen quickly & I am so grateful for that! Thanks ladies! Appreciate it!

My experience with the doctor Carol Lattouf has been wonderful. I am a painter and writer and I relate a lot with the public, that is why it is important for me to have a good appearance. Dr. Lattouf gave me a treatment to remove the spots on my face and now I have a uniform, luminous and healthy skin. The doctor has been very professional, kind and attentive. Being a patient of Dr Carol Lattouf has been a wonderful experience. Dr Lattouf is a very knowledgeable and caring physician.I have had different cosmetic treatments from Botox,lasers and all I can say is been amazing results. Thanks Dr Lattouf!

My experience was by far one of the best experiences I have had at a doctor’s office. Dr. Lattouf is professional, personable,informative and kind. She has helped me tremendously with my dermatological needs. Her assistant Rene is fantastic and kind as well. I am always greeted with smiling faces and made to feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this office.

I went in to see Dr Lattouf over a week ago and I finally found the time to write my review. First, the young ladies at the front were lovely, respectful and super efficient, checking in was a breeze. The doctor was good I like her. The nurse was okay but needs to do better with explaining things and listening. The only issue was the wait time, but I had no problem waiting. Well, that was not the case for this couple that was waiting also. The gentleman came back to the front and said something to his wife and they went up to the girls at the front asking what was the reason for the long wait. The poor girl explained to the couple that she has to check with the nurses as she does not know what was going on in in the back, but she is going to find out from the nurses. Everything went left and the couple was overly rude, disrespectful, and obnoxious. I was in disbelief and the young lady went ahead and called for the nurse and the office manager. I never saw a nurse or office manger came out to resolve the situation. I felt bad for those girls at the front, and to see that the young lady was trying to get an answer for them but instead she was threatened to get her fired and complain to the doctor. I am a business owner myself and I would not want any of my employees treated that way. And the office manager that never came out to explain to the wife why her husband was in the room waiting to see the doctor for such longtime that he had to come to the front demanding an answer from the girls at the front. The way the office manager left the young ladies at the front to get verbally abused by this couple was unbelievable. Overall, I had a great experience except for that situation that happened. The doctor is great and those girls at the front are amazing.
