They called to change the time a few days prior, after I told them when I made it 3 weeks ago it had to be as late in the day as possible. But to accomodate them I agreed to 3:00 instead of 3:30. Then they called the day before as if none of that happened, and asked to move it to 2:30. I called when I got there at 3:00 to make sure this was still on and I wouldn't waste a difficult walk into and through the building. The receptionist at the front looked positively unhappy to see me and throughout the form-filling process. The doctor walked in at 4:15. He seemed impatient and not much of a listener, as if in a hurry to get to more customers/patients, even mentioning that when I asked about email. So no, I wouldn't recommend him, though I did make the appointment for the injections proscribed, I will seek out a second opinion.

Truly superior in treatment. I see Dr. Sergio Lenchig. He has properly diagnosed specific areas of pain that I didn’t realize could contribute to my pain problems. He explains everything in language I can understand. His skilled knowledge & hands have allowed me to enjoy the activities I love. Dr. Lenchig gives patients all the time & attention they need. No cutoff of time! I can’t say enough positive things about him.

The office is organized and efficient. The nurse practitioner was very informative and nice. She answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed.

Aside from mishandled appointments by the front desk staff that caused me to wait an additional 2 weeks for my injection, I have nothing but positive reviews for the medical team and Dr. Lenchig. I would not hesitate to recommend him for treatment.

My self -confidence was greatly affected by the doctor. He has no bed side manners. The first thing he said to me was, “ You are fat and need tot go to a weight loss program. “ Reference to my weight continued throughout my treatments. The guys who draw the blood are not good at their jobs. Not everyone is awful. The women are much more compassionate. My final treatment was cancelled by the team. I’m in severe pain and nowhere to go.

Excellent staff,friendly & helpful.Dr.Lenchig is knowledgeable & helpful & easy to talk to.Nurse practitioner Isa is also who I see & she is friendly. & easy to get appointment. You can find out info for procedures they perform to alleviate pain.There are a lot of different ways to help the patient.The person who checks me in, blood pressure & info, always remembers me.
