Manor Oaks housed my sister Violette Karam for over 6 month till she passed away on November 9.2021. The care and love they showed her was above and beyond our expectations the place is run meticulously nurses and managers kept us abreast of all situations regarding my sister. My family and I highly recommend it

When they finally brought my friend that staying here something to eat. The food was so over seasoned and cold you couldn’t even eat it looked like it had been setting out for hours.

Manor Oaks is a great facility. Their staff is amazing. They way the staff cares and their compassion is second to none. Clean facility with a great program for rehabilitation and also lots of activities for the patients and residents. Nurses are very attentive. They also were able to curb and manage all the Covid19Delta variant with success. My mom spent several month at facility and I was never concerned given they way the manage during these difficult times. The admin and Social Service staff are there to help you along they way. I highly recommend Manor Oaks.

I was originally afraid to go to Rehab because of COVID but my fears were unfounded. Manor Oaks was a wonderful choice for so many reasons. They followed all COVID protocols. The nursing staff was very caring. I received wonderful physical therapy and occupational therapy. They gave me a good basis to continue therapy when I returned home. The food was delicious Overall I would definitely recommend Manor Oaks.

For a year I have been visiting with a resident there. He keeps telling me how caring the staff is. I see how busy they are and how thorough they are with safety. Well done Manor Oaks

After entrusting our mother for 12 years at a Marrinson assisted living site Williamsburg Landing it was a very easy decision to move her to Manor Oaks for nursing home care. My first impressions have been very good. The team here from admissions head of nursing nurses activity director and CNAs has been professional and caring. Weekly visitations by one of the doctors has already accomplished improvements to moms condition. We are grateful for all of the staff.

I’ve been a volunteer at Manor Oaks for over 10 years. When my fatherinlaw’s health was declining I knew I wanted him to be cared for at Manor Oaks. I love that the facility has a feel of home and the staff treats everyone with dignity and respect. Julie the activities director is amazing she interacts with all the residents as if they are family. She did a fabulous job through the pandemic keeping the residents engaged and comfortable yet following all the protocols. The administration opened it up for the volunteers to receive the vaccine which shows how they value their volunteers staff and residents.

This is not to be considered a Rehab facility its a nursing home. They did NOT know how to even assist me with a broken leg ankle. I had a bracelet that I was a fall risk because I was not to put any weight on my foot. They knew nothing of my condition or how to help me..When I asked for a comod the aid said The bathroom is right there you can walk.Food was unhealthy and tasteless hotdogs and melted ice cream.Upon reading my review Management called me to address my concerns and promised to look into them and have more training for the aids. They did seem sincere in their apologies and promises.

I know this past year has been tough so to see a place where everyone had such positive energy made me feel comfortable and welcome. I had my father at this facility for a few weeks after cardiac surgery and they were great . I was able to speak directly to management any time I had questions and concerns and I felt at ease during his stay . The facility was clean and the food was good . Most important my Dad went home in good shape If need be I would bring him back to Manor oaks .
