Dr. Matthew Wells is/was incredible! A phenomenal physician, gifted surgeon and amazing human being. He repaired my ACL, lateral meniscus and medial meniscus. His knowledge is second to none and his ability to calmly explain the situation and surgical options left a huge impact during a time of apprehension and extreme pain. His surgical skills have produced amazing results, a timely recovery and lasting joy of returning to a "normal" life post surgery.In addition, the office staff is a dream to work with and following surgery the therapy department was everything and more to ensuring a complete and full recovery.Compassionate, caring and, more than almost any other physician I've ever seen, honestly out to see my best interests are the primary concern at every step.

i have pain in right knee , was exrayed is bone on bone, advised need a brace and than surgery. I showed Dr. Wells my right ankle and was advised to go immediately to hospital for exrays, they found bloodclots behind my right knee and my primary dr. had to prescribe blood thinnersimmediately. Dr Wells most likely has saved my life. I am waiting on brace and most likely knee surgery. problems with Broward hospital no longer takes United Health Care. I can't thank Dr Wells enough for catching my immediate condition and as I said most likely saving my life and a whole lot of miserable circumstances that most likely would cause me alot of medical grief. In my opinion he is an outstanding doctor. Thank you DR Wells

1) Please do not step in a hole and break your foot 2). If you do not listen to #1 seek out Dr Wells and the entire clinic. What a wonder set of professionals. I felt so welcome from the evening before when I made the appointment to my most current visit. Everyone is so pleasant to work with from the reception desk up and through to Dr Wells. Shout Out to the X Ray guy. Loved talking to him. Dr Wells confirmed my foot was indeed broken and had his staff set me up with a walking boot. A few weeks and my foot is healing just fine. Should the need arrive, and please my Higher Power it will never happen, this is the place to go.

So...I just had a second surgery by a BETTER ortho in Washington state. Dr Wells performed a procedure that was hardly discussed AND one which is very uncommon for a patient my age. It only had a 70% success rate according to him but the 2 other ortho I've met with and EVERYTHING online says this procedure shouldn't have been done. So, I've been out of work 9 months, lost 70k in salary and paid 10s of thousands out of pocket in living expenses. My advice would be get to get several other opinions. I should have...

Dr Shrock told me about a clinical trial for my shoulder as an option other than surgery and so happy and relieved he did! My shoulder is doing great! Thank you Dr Shrock for saving me from going through the long and painful process of recovering from surgery and helping me to be pain free today.

Excellent, thoughtful doctor. Well run office

Called multiple times trying to email my information over.,. Nobody in the office would simply give an email address so I could send my insurance card and all information. I’m not going to struggle on the phone making sure you get the right information. Email is more efficient. So I downloaded Zocdoc, confirmed appointment yesterday. I logged on today and no appointment. I call and no doctors are actually in the office. They then tell me to call their walk in clinic. I don’t wish to go to anymore walk in clinics what the hell is wrong with you people?????? Why is this such a frustrating mission?

very pleased with dr wells and his staff..my knee has bone spurs among other issues. he has suggested diffrent treatments and so far the gel treatmnt has given me relief . arlene at front desk is efficient and polite. they answered all my questions. i would recommend them for sure.

Dr wells did an amazing job on my fathers hip replacement. He followed up with great care after that at his office. The entire staff at his office was very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend that facility to other patients.

I went to Dr.Wells for both my hip and shoulder. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my concerns, which was refreshing! The overall staff was great there but Louvaine was extremely helpful and pleasant during my visits. I'd definitely recommend them for any of your orthopedic needs.
