The nurses and doctors are top notch at this hospital, this is why I answered yes. However, those working behind the scenes, not so much. I was a patient for 10 days after back surgery. I was supposed to either go to inpatient rehab on the 6th floor or be transferred to an outside facility. Mr. John Yanik, sabotaged that by lying about a physical therapy note in my file. Because of him, Callie Sanchez and Nancy Higginbotham I was discharged home where I am currently trying to recover alone. I believe I would be much further along in my recovery if I was able to go to an inpatient facility, which is what my surgeon recommended. I am home alone, in a back brace and on a walker trying to heal, it's awful. I have reached out several times to the hospital because I want to file a complaint and every phone line just rings or I get transferred to the wrong department. It has not been a good experience. The nurses and doctors are amazing, the other staff is absolutely horrible!

Horrible hospital to stay at. Staff was rude and uninformative. Sent my bill to the wrong address. I called them to change if they can’t find anything. Avoid at all cost

I am si k with Covid my doctor sent me here. Everything has been fine but I am really dying with a fever and a room that the ac seems to be broken…. I asked for an ice pa k and i am still sweating!! Please help!!! Im dying!!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. ER was NO help with what I went in for. Followed up the next day with Rich and got nothing but excuses.

Holy cross held me hostage in the ER until I paid $4138.00 the middle of December. My insurance paid in full and I keep getting the runaround and they have not refunded my money. I have called multiple times and keep getting different stories. As a senior citizen living through Covid-19 and the holidays just past it is unconscionable that this hospital could do this. So much for they treat everyone regardless of ability to pay and that they care about the patient when all they have done is caused me more anxiety and stress

Worst hospital I have ever been too!!!! I was there for 3 hours and they discharged me without a proper diagnosis so I still dont know what's wrong with me all they said was yep theres something wrong but we dont know what so were just putting anything on the discharge papers WOWWWW and I switched my insurance just so I could go to their hospital what a wrong discussion that was
