I’ve had great experiences with Dr.Acevedo and Kluck, however I can not deal with the lack of respect for your time at this office. I just walked out after waiting over an hour for what was suppose to be a simple weight check between appointments. This is after suffering for hours trying to make an appointment with the answering service that doesn’t call you back.

The staff are cordial but some of them are not nice. The waiting times are absurd, more than an hour every time I come. It’s very frustrating. The providers are ok.

Why can no one ever answer the phone and why does the callback option never call anyone back. This is nuts. 4 days I’ve tried and the kids doc now will no longer let me make an appt

Great place. Great knowledge doxtor Amanda, but I waited over an hour to be seen. Waited for over an hour and no one has seen my child yet. First time here.

Made an appointment for 8am. I was running about 10 mins late but I did call and inform the office ahead of time. When I made the appointment I requested a female doctor because my teenage daughter will not have it any other way. When we checked in I reiterating that she wants a female doctor. Male doctor walks in the exam room....what???? "Hello, are you the doctor ...my daughter requested a female doctor"....okay no problem we will get a female doctor for you...... literally one hour later (9:10)in an exam room no doctor. Highly upset with the service today though it has never happened before.

I went all the way from Doral today because it was the only place where they could see my daughter today. I have to say that I LOVED the place and all the staff working today. Even though it was Sunday they were happy to assist and to help. De Grant was awesome with my daughter and they deserve 10 stars. Awesome office, awesome staff awesome service! Thank you!

Everything was perfect! I called at 9:28pm and was able to bring my daughter in to the after hours location South Florida South and Dr. Grant was phenomenal! Very patient and very fluent! Thanks Pediactric Assocites!

The doctors are all very knowledgeable and patient. They answer any and every concern. I enjoy Pediatric Associates and they always make me feel like my child’s health is their priority. The nursing staff are all pleasant and very skilled. Definitely will recommend to other parents.
