I have being trying to get in touch with this because I have my daughter helmet with a doctor there and every time I call the hang up the phone… I need to talk with the manager right away I have been trying to make the appointment for 3 weeks now …. I don’t know what kind of people works there.

Horrible experience! They opened up late, leaving me and my baby outside for over ten minutes. When a person finally opened up, they were on the phone and didn't even apologize for being late. Not professional.

I took my daughter here for her Starband helmet therapy for plagiocephaly/brachycephaly. We saw Nicolle Santamaria for her fittings/follow-ups. Nicolle was wonderful and very patient. During our start, my daughter developed a rash on the weekend. To my surprise, Nicolle answered an email for my concerns after hours. The office staff was always professional and courteous during our visits. We were able to conveniently check-in online prior to appointments and did not experience long wait times.

I'm going to add another review confirming all the negative reviews I've read here. Nicolle and Dr. Kamel are great physicians. However, the rest of the staff are impossible to deal with! We did the helmet for our daughter. Before we started this process we sent the request to the insurance. I had called and left several voicemails for Jasmine but she never called me back. Eventually I was able to get a hold of her and she said that it's pending my insurance. Finally after almost 2 months of waiting, Jasmine called and informed me that the insurance accepted our request and will cover the costs of the helmet. After almost finishing the process, at our last appointment, I received an invoice for $600! I was shocked and called the office to verify this and the staff who answered the phone was rude, didn't have patience and tried to dismiss me. I didn't let her dismiss and finally she agreed to contact Jasmine, who told her to tell me that I should know my benefits and that I need to pay the $600. Extremely rude. I asked to speak directly with Jasmine but of course, she didn't answer the phone or return my voicemail. This is extremely unprofessional. I should have been presented with this invoice at the beginning of the process so that I can decide if I am willing to pay this amount or not.

For years I’ve always wanted a breast lift but I’ve always been hesitant. Not really sure why. I guess finding the right doctor played a major part. Dr. George Kamel came highly recommended by one of my coworkers and After meeting him I understood why… Very genuine & professional ! Let’s just say you won’t be disappointed with the results. I absolutely love my new tatas. He is the Best of the Best. Ladies, he’s really easy on the eyes too😬…And the office staff were super helpful and very nice!

The staff is fantastic and incredibly friendly and helpful. Never a long wait time and the doctors are compassionate and spend a lot of time with the patient. Highly recommended!

When my toddler son had an accident Dr. Kamel was quick to respond and provided excellent medical care to his face. His scar is barely visible . For the care, patience and time he took with our son we will be eternally grateful. For our son's follow up the office staff and medical assistants were fantastic. They were friendly and professional. The wait time was reasonable for a specialist visit. We would recommend this office and their team.

After thoroughly researching the cranial helmet options for our son in South Florida we decided to travel Fort Lauderdale to see Dr Kamel who confirmed our referral and recommended Nicolle Santamaria. Nicolle was an absolute pleasure, she was not only professional and knowledgeable but an absolute ray of sunshine, our son adored her and enjoyed each of his visits. With quick action our son was fitted and graduated from his helmet in less than 3 months. We were so distraught about our son getting a helmet but everyone in the office was so kind and supportive, we genuinely enjoyed our entire experience. If your child needs a cranial helmet, Nicolle is your best and only option in South Florida in our opinion
