Para ingresar cobraron el tratamiento total de 10 dias U$S 5500. Mi hijo no estuvo ni un dia y hace mas de 10 dias que estamos solicitando un reembolso y nadie responde. Puras excusas. Nadie se hace cargo. Voy a hacer una demanda. (Translated by Google) To enter they charged the total treatment of 10 days U$S 5500. My son was not even a day and we have been requesting a refund for more than 10 days and no one responds. Pure excuses. Nobody takes charge. I'm going to make a claim.
If you need to go to detox, come here. Thank you to all the clinicians, nurses , and staff.
Staff and counselors ALWAYS available to help you get comfortable, kind human treatment regardless, dont forget YOU will be going thru your most difficult time of your life BUT with their help IT WILL BE BETTER I ASSURE YOU! The best things in life do not come easy. I was there Aug/2022, as of Dec i was already traveling overseas NO PROBLEM, no cravings, still trying to get family/ friends. Dont forget is a process and is easier with help( I “tried” quitting 3 times before on my own- no results). System works for a reason. Thanks to all the TECHs , nurses and counselors.
As CEO of Clinical Solutions, I refer here for detox and work with South Florida's leading rehabs who trust Sunrise as their provider of choice. Management sets the tone for high patient care and staff members are truly patient centered towards clients and family.
There is No M.D. at the facility since I was admitted on 7/12 to date thru today (7-18) and based upon what I’ve experienced there won’t be one. Schedule II and III medications are being dispensed by RN’s apparently under a protocol agreement with an ARNP who herself is working under a protocol agreement with an M.D, Dr. Robert Dr Robert Yodashkin the “Medical Director”. Dr. Yodashkin is from Lithuania having graduated from Vilnius University Medical School. Since I was admitted seven (7) days ago, Dr Yodashian has not been at or in the facility once. Not for one moment. This means that every medical decision, every scheduled medication and every detoxification protocol is being handled by either an RN or an ARNP under protocol agreement with an M.D. I am here of my own free will as I recognize I have a problem and I want to correct it however when handed a receipt earlier today I found this facility charges $480 for what they call a “processing fee “. When I asked about the processing fee and what it was for I was told we charge that every time we charge your credit card. This information was never disclosed to me and had I known that I would have paid for my stay with either a check, a cashiers check or cash. This is a simple fraudulent attempt at charging the customer who in most cases has no idea that the agency for healthcare administration has oversight over this facility. They are defrauding the public with these hidden fees and they are defrauding their patients by stating there is a medical doctor on the premises at all times yet I have been here for 160 hours and counting and there has not been an M.D. on the facilities grounds for one second. Sunrise Detox is located at; 2331 NE 53 Street Ft Lauderdale FL 33308 - someone from AHCA, DCF & the DEA should look into this or they shall continue defrauding the public of their hard earned funds while having RNs doing work that is restricted to MDs only. I don’t want schedule II and/or schedule III medication dispensed to me by a nurse with no orders from a doctor and that is what’s happening with every patient at this facility. I have already seen a woman collapse & had to be rushed to the emergency room. The nurses didn’t even know to check for a pulse or check to see if their airway was clear nor to check and see if there was a heartbeat. The way this facility is being run is dangerous to the public and it is the agency for healthcare administration’s job along with DCF to oversee it. I suggest an inspection immediately.
Terrible place, my daughters went there for medication stability and they were abusing her. Whenever I called I was always not being able to talk to her unless I tell the staff I will send the cops to check on her will being. so scary for anyone to be there.
I had a wonderful experience while at Sunrise. It was my first detox experience and I was fearful and apprehensive about what I might go through. But Jen, my admissions nurse, was very warm and welcoming. She helped me through the intake process and made it easy and stress free. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The best part was the shower!! The techs, nurses, and counselors were incredibly supportive and took care of me when I was at one of the lowest points in my life. The food is great as well. I would definitely recommend Sunrise to anyone going through struggles with addiction, whether it be alcohol, prescription meds, or street drugs. If you are willing to put in the work, they will help you through the difficulty of withdrawal and give you an opportunity to learn skills to help you teach your goals and stay sober.
Evelyn is a great counselor and resource for me on my path of recovery. I am grateful for all of the staff at this location that have been with me every step of the way on this new path. Thanks!
This place steals your money and is the worst place to ever go! DO NOT DO IT!
Not a bad place, held on insurance scam when I was not detoxing 4 years ago and wouldn’t release me to my rehab. Very shady. Don’t do not cool things topeople and expect them not to say they are shady and non professional when it comes to insurance.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
