Llevo unos meses de tratamiento con la Dra Susan Fox y jamás podría estar más agradecida a los resultados.Es un procedimiento largo y en el qué hay tener paciencia, pues es muy meticulosa y quiere que esté todo perfecto y da tiempo a que tu organismo se vaya ajustando a cada procedimiento de láser o escleropatia.La Doctora Fox, es muy profesional, confiable y habla ambas lenguas, español e inglés perfectamente. Explica cada procedimiento, de una forma sencilla y simple para que los demás que no somos médicos, podamos entender.Muy contenta con los resultados.Su equipo profesional es increíble, una calidad humana, una profesionalidad, que hacen que estos procedimientos largos y espaciados en el tiempo, se hagan muy llevaderos.Kathy está en el front desk, atendiendo llamadas, y dando citas o appointments, es divina y muy eficiente. Conoce perfectamente a cada cliente, sus preferencias de horarios.Marlo y Bonnie, hacen la escleropatia y son increíbles!!! Muy buenas en su materia.Todo el equipo de la Dra Susan Fox, sabe lo que hace, está bien sincronizado, con unas pautas de covid muy meticulosas! Así da gusto subir de Miami!!! Muy buena experiencia, el staff es muy amable y dan un trato increible!No he tenido que esperar las veces que he ido, siempre me pasan inmediatamente. Bonnie tiene extenso conocimiento sobre los problemas vasculares y me ha explicado con detalle el proceso que me llevara para tener mis piernas bellas y sanas . voy por mi quinto tratamiento de escleroterap[a y siento una gran mejoria en mis piernas! Hasta el momento no he tenido ninguna incomodidad o dolor al tiempo que se me han aplicado las injecciones. Definitivo continuare con Susan Fox para el tratamiento de mis piernas . Muchisimas gracias!

Wonderful doctor and practice. Tattoo removal services are top notch. I am going to wait until better technology comes out for further services, however. The "audio treatment- sound wave- or something like this". Takes too many sessions and too much pain with the current method. But a wonderful clinic not withstanding the current technology.

No tuve una buena experiencia. Despues de 7 meses de tratamiento, no tengo resultados positivos. Ahora me llaman para cancelar mi cita porque ya no trabajan con mi seguro. El medico no se tomo la molestia de citarme y cerciorarse del avance de mi tratamiento. Estoy decepcionada y molesta.

New pt. met w/ Dr. Fox once and she was perfectly fine. The problem is her staff. I was left a voicemail and a text to come in. No one was there (due to Covid-19). The answering svc. was extremely rude: she shouldn't be allowed to talk to people. Maybe her mother doesn't mind being spoken to that way. As I was talking to another pt. who also showed up like me, I got 2 texts for 2 appts, different times for later this week. The office staff can not even offer an apology on behalf of the Dr. they work for. (must be the generation) No one is blaming you honey, the Dr's patients deserve it. Consider this my cancellation for Thurs. If you even try to bill me, my attorney will take it from there.

I am very happy to recommend Dr. Susan Fox. As a physician and surgeon it is important to me to get in to other doctors on time so that I can get back to seeing my own patients. With Dr. Fox the scheduling process was easy, the staff was very friendly and I was seen close to my appointment time. Dr. Fox explained what she was going to do in a clear way and was very outgoing. She has a great bedside manner. I will recommend her to my friends, family and patients.

I went back to Dr. Fox's office (first time I saw Dr. Fox was for picoway skin rejuvenation), this time for picoway laser and vivace rf microneedling on my c-section scar. I am only one treatment in for each (out of 3 total planned of each) and I already see remarkable improvement. Bonnie on her staff is wonderful and while I am usually a big wimp, she was nice and funny enough to keep me entertained throughout the whole process- I didn't even have to use numbing cream. I would 100% recommend Dr. Fox. She and her office are great and I am looking forward to my next appt.
