HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had a breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Alexander in 2021, he did a horrible job and botched my breasts. I would try to talk to him but he was never available and the people in the office kept neglecting my requests. Finally I was able to schedule a revision with him and a week before the surgery the office called me saying that I would need to reschedule the surgery because Dr Alexander wouldn't be available. Mind you, I live out of state and already had purchased my plane tickets and Airbnb. I had to purchase new tickets and Airbnb since they were non-refundable. I tried to talk to Dylan, the owner of the clinic and he said there was nothing he could do to help me. So I unfortunately decided to proceed and get the revision with Dr Alexander and nothing was fixed! My breasts looked just as botched as before! Bueno muy decepcionada, hace un año me hice una lipo 360 con el doctor , solo me vio para la entrevista y la Cirugia, después nunca más le vi la cara, Nadie del centro de cosmética me hizo ningún seguimiento , al pasar de casi dos meses me comuniqué para decirles que no vi cambios en mi cuerpo , claro estaba hinchada aún , pero los meses pasaron , y por más que trate de comunicarme nunca me dieron respuesta , me remetían la llamada de un lado a otro , y así sin respuesta , no había dejado ni mi comentario, por que realmente aparte de mi depresión , y frustración , no quería que nadie se entere , pues me siento estafada , más allá de que la cirugía haya sido sin los resultados esperados de la forma tan irresponsable que tratan a las personas, es que sencillamente nadie me dio razón nunca , no hay un seguimiento de los pacientes, ni respeto . Hoy pasado un año y después de asumir mi depresión , puedo decirles que no recomiendo el lugar, y estoy segura que el cirujano no se entero , por lo general los doctores no tiene problema en responder por su trabajo, la negligencia de su equipo de trabajo es lamentable !

Be aware ! If I could give this place a zero stars I would .My mother had surgery of last year and has been depressed as Alexander botched my mother breast .He has not taken any responsibility .I will make sure this gets taken care of . Ladies do your homework please .

So had my lipo 360 and BBL schedule with Dr Alexander on October 6th 2021. I specifically told him, Ms Michelle(super professional) & the RN Cherice(she's so sweet) I wanted Hips. I even provided pictures so they can get an idea of what I wanted, in response to me showing Dr A what I wanted he tells me 'DONT SHOW HIM NO FANTASY STUFF', I was completely taken back because I was ALREADY nervous & just me to come out UNSATISFIED. HE LITERALLY DISREGARDED EVERYTHING I SAID AND BASICALLY GAVE ME WHAT HE WANTED ME TO HAVE & that's not cool cuz I spent $4900. Idk if it's because I'm transgender, but Dr A wasn't the friendliest & the anesthesiologist's energy was definitely NOT there & lake luster. I literally put my deposit down last year. I even told them they could take fat from other places if they needed to, & agreed, JUST TO NOT DO IT. I honestly just feel ignored. Im DEFINITELY going back for a ROUND 2 BBL and I DEFINITELY WON'T be going to them.

The staff, the OR, and Dr Alexander are amazing! I read reviews that were mean to them and I can only say that my expectations were high and they blew them away! Dr Alexander is an extremely skilled doctor who does the best for the patient every time. This is a great place!!

After doing research and finding the clinic I wanted to do my surgery, I am so very disappointed. Not necessarily with the surgery itself, but with the customer service. I was contacted several times as I was scheduling the surgery and making my payments, but it seems that as soon as I had paid my balance in full and was waiting to have my surgery all communication stopped. I called 2 days before my surgery since I hadn’t heard from them. Checking to see if they had all the paperwork and test they needed. It was that day that I was told I need a chest X-ray and was sent the script to get it at the end of that day. I expressed my frustrations about being told at the last minute and was told “they are only one person doing 8 jobs, and that I would have to get the x-ray if I wanted to have the surgery, and that’s all there is to it. Said she has hundreds of customers to contact, so that’s why she hadn’t called me.” I asked if I could speak with someone else regarding my frustrations and w

Dr. Alexander is amazing. I had an awesome experience at the office and all the nurses were very experienced. I love my results!!

Phenomenal surgeon. I've had three procedures with Dr Alexander and will not use anyone else. Always very honest and I trust his opinion!

Doctor Alexander is a wonderful surgeon! I had an excellent experience with him and the entire staff. You can't go wrong with Dr. Alexander and the South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery
