So had my lipo 360 and BBL schedule with Dr Alexander on October 6th 2021. I specifically told him, Ms Michelle(super professional) & the RN Cherice(she's so sweet) I wanted Hips. I even provided pictures so they can get an idea of what I wanted, in response to me showing Dr A what I wanted he tells me 'DONT SHOW HIM NO FANTASY STUFF', I was completely taken back because I was ALREADY nervous & just me to come out UNSATISFIED. HE LITERALLY DISREGARDED EVERYTHING I SAID AND BASICALLY GAVE ME WHAT HE WANTED ME TO HAVE & that's not cool cuz I spent $4900. Idk if it's because I'm transgender, but Dr A wasn't the friendliest & the anesthesiologist's energy was definitely NOT there & lake luster. I literally put my deposit down last year. I even told them they could take fat from other places if they needed to, & agreed, JUST TO NOT DO IT. I honestly just feel ignored. Im DEFINITELY going back for a ROUND 2 BBL and I DEFINITELY WON'T be going to them.

After doing research and finding the clinic I wanted to do my surgery, I am so very disappointed. Not necessarily with the surgery itself, but with the customer service. I was contacted several times as I was scheduling the surgery and making my payments, but it seems that as soon as I had paid my balance in full and was waiting to have my surgery all communication stopped. I called 2 days before my surgery since I hadn’t heard from them. Checking to see if they had all the paperwork and test they needed. It was that day that I was told I need a chest X-ray and was sent the script to get it at the end of that day. I expressed my frustrations about being told at the last minute and was told “they are only one person doing 8 jobs, and that I would have to get the x-ray if I wanted to have the surgery, and that’s all there is to it. Said she has hundreds of customers to contact, so that’s why she hadn’t called me.” I asked if I could speak with someone else regarding my frustrations and w

The staff, the OR, and Dr Alexander are amazing! I read reviews that were mean to them and I can only say that my expectations were high and they blew them away! Dr Alexander is an extremely skilled doctor who does the best for the patient every time. This is a great place!!

Actually he doesn’t deserve any star. He mutilated me. Worst doctor and surgery.center. After the procedure they tell me to bad it can’t be fixed. I’m sure all the positive reviews came from the people working in that office. I had the surgery sept 9/2019. I have been in nothing but pain. Been to serval gyn and no one could help.

Dr. Alexander did my surgery 18 years ago and on Dec 30, 2020 he suppose to do me another tummy tuck and lipo being that's he's 75 years of age I kind of skeptical but I look at some of his patients that came in while I was at the office to do blood work and I must say that they looked amazing
