Me atendieron rapido, me facilito en persona comunicacion en espanol, me orientaron sobre farmacia, muy Buena la atencion. Lo unico es q todo es muy tecnologico no se puede comunicar por telefono y para conocer resultados importantes como Covid es por via portal y no pude acceder. Fui posteriormente y solicite cambio medicamentos, me inyectaron y ayudo a recuperarme Mas pronto, me llamaron para consultar como me sentia y para decirme resultados de tests de Flu y Covid.

I went to care spot originally and they could not take an X-ray since their was no one in for that service. So I decided to give this place a try and I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk girl was super kind and patient with me. I wish I remembered her name. All other staff were very friendly too. I was seen quickly too. Overall it was a good experience. I recommend.

Front desk said my visit would be $160 with my insurance applied, and $150 without insurance. That says enough. I explained that Blue cross/blue shield PPO caps the copay for a walk-in at $50, and got argued with until I left.

First time ever having a good experience at an urgent care. If ever need to go to an urgent care, would definitely be this one. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. She gave me the options I had including cost with my insurance. The waiting time was in my opinion quick for an urgent care. I had to wait about 15-20min top. The person who check my vitals was sooo nice and respectful, and the nurse aswell. The medicine they prescriptive me worked very well, the test results came back within 1 day. They have farmacy right there, so you leave with the medication in your pocket.
