I was seen by Doctor Carlo Scalia last Thursday dec 17/2020 and the way he handle this appointment was totally unprofessional and with a really bad attitude. Since I started talking to him he seemed to be upset or in a bad mood. I was explaining to him my issues and he went beyond boundaries making inappropriate comments and full of stigma!! What a shame!! He is not aiming to the mission or core values the medical group he works for!! I am changing my PCP effective January 01/2020

I waited 3 hours in an exam room for this guy. Staff kept apologizing and then became rude. "He's in a meeting." (For 3 hours?) When he waked in, he said one thing. "Sorry." Then he seemed preoccupied with something and wasn't listening to me. He wrote a prescription that he said would be sent to my drug store electronically. Totally wrong prescription was called in. I had to call 3x because the nurse wasn't available to take my call. Never going back. I changed my PCP to a better doctor.

Dr Toladano might be a good doctor if you could ever see him, I'm always seen by a PA after going to Dr Toledano for years. Also, he is obviously unaware how poorly his front office is operating or he just doesn't care. Very bad reflection on him as a doctor.

Office staff is awful. Office manager is disorganized and frazzled. Doctor is nice but medicine is always rushed. No one knows what is going on every time I’m there. Some serious staff changes are way over due.

Great Dr.- But office is not run efficiently

Had a cold coming on before Thanksgiving and need to get a prescription. Dr. Toledano was the only office that could see me on such short notice. Got in and they ordered my meds, so I could pick them up Tuesday night and was feeling better by Thursday. I really appreciate the fast help.
