This is the worst doctor in Broward County her and her unprofessional staff. They treat the patients horrible and are not there to help them at all. Don't waste your time find another doctor.

My mother saw Dr. Lewis when her doctor retired. Dr. Lewis seemed flustered each time we saw her, and she didn't finish the first appointment, because "her nurses thought she was spending too much time with each appointment." Second visit, she sent mom to be admitted to the hospital. She did not fill out the proper admittance forms, so we spent 4 hours in the ER before getting a room. After being released, we were not able to get med refills, and office staff was rude and unwilling to help.
