DR. JAKKO IS THE BEST CARING GASTRO DOCYOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I TOTALLY TRUDT HIM AS HE KNOWS HIS MEDICINE. I WAS SCARED WHEN HE DID A ENDOSCOPY AND SAID DO NOT A JOAN RIVERS ON ME AND LAUGHED AND GAVE NE OXGEN TO MAKE ME FEEL MORE SECUREHE CAME INTO THE ROOM IMMEDIATELY AND ALLAYED MY FEARS.HE E IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR.

My fiancé and I are so so super grateful for Veronica Dr Zakko has beyond one of the most caring nurses there ever was Veronica is always so prompt to return my voicemails and is exceptionally comforting and clarifying when on the phone answering questions and getting things taken care of. I cannot thank Veronica enough for the weight she lifts off my shoulders every time I have a chance to call her and and get something figured out or arranged THANK YOU VERONICA <3 <3

I have been seeing Dr Zakko for a few years now and he is a wonderful doctor who is very through and knowledgeable in his field. Most times you are in an out within an hour which I find atypical with most doctors in S Florida.Just make sure with this office you have your referral if you need one as they will see you and then charge you for the visit at normal fees if you fail to produce a referral.Overall I think Dr Zakko is fabulous and I would highly recommend him.

I was told my appointment was at 1030 and I should probably come a little earlier like 1015. I showed up at 1000. At 1120 I asked when I could expect to be called and was told that my appointment was really at 1130 though doctors often run late they ask patients to come 115 before their appointments. When I tried to discuss this with me. He was defensive and arrogant. Not a good combination. It went downhill from there.

Bad customer service. Good luck getting a return call to get an appointment or get promised instructions and prescription prep kit. I am looking for another medical practice.

His calm mannerism helped calm my nerves. Was quick but thorough and extremely apologetic if I was unhappy about anything. Would recommend him to anyone having stomach or intestinal problems.
