I had a large eraser sized mole right next to my nose that was getting larger with age. Dr P did an amazing job removing the mole. You cant even tell it was there. The cost was affordable and the care was just what i needed. The surgery room was a clean operating room, very professional. Im headed back for more work as I age.

Five stars is not adequate. I shopped and shopped for that perfect surgeon for the last five years. At fifty, my desire to renovate my melting facial structure could no longer be denied but really....I would have continued to live with it had I not finally met with Dr. Prendiville and saw his amazing gallery of work that he respectfully keeps private in his own office for only prospective patients to see. There were men and women of all ages and facial structures, to easily focus on the ones similar to myself. Dr. Prendiville thoroughly explained his techniques, which ensure how I would not risk being over pulled with distorted lips and features or underdone as if I didn’t fix anything at all. I have seen that over and over again in most galleries, which other surgeons proudly post online to my amazement! Dr. P’s masterful SOOF and SMAS offer the uplift and plumping without the need for additional fillers, and no stretched appearance. Many surgeons describe that fillers are used in spite of surgery, something to watch out for. Who wants that? It was important to me to do a neck lift, facelift, lower blepharoplasty and brow lift all in one shot since the procedures are intertwined for the best outcome. That means you go into it knowing your end of the deal is the first three days are going to be like treading water to get through. Well worth the end result. I am feeling amazing this day four afterward. I am so grateful and can see where things are heading. Nurses Kelly, Cindy and Laurie are guardian angels. Take their advice and follow it as if you are on military mission. Leave the rest to Dr. Prendiville to work his magic in the OR and WOW...a complete metamorphosis can happen for any person who is hoping to rejuvenate his or her face, neck and eyes. Of all the consultations and docs I considered, it took less than ten minutes for me to know Doc Prendiville is the Man. It’s your face. Choose wisely. Do it once and do it right.

Dr. Prendiville is an artist. His staff (Kelly, Cindy, and Laurie) are literal angels.I met with 8 different plastic surgeons for consultations throughout SWFL before choosing Dr. Prendiville. Three of them sent up immediate red flags. The consultations were rushed, while the doctors heard my concerns, they did not truly listen, and only a few “before and after” photos of prior patients were provided. The five other surgeons were nice enough, but I found myself unable to identify why I wanted one of them to do my surgery.Dr. Prendiville was my last consultation and I almost didn’t go since the office is located an hour from where I live. Making that trip to Dr. Prendiville’s office changed my life. Forget finding the wedding dress of your dreams; I found the surgeon and staff of my dreams.Wanting a septorhinoplasty to correct breathing issues from a deviated septum, in addition to cosmetic changes, it was important for me to have a surgeon double board certified from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. Further, it was concerning to see so many plastic surgeons specializing in tummy tucks and breast augmentations offering rhinoplasty. While they may be qualified, I personally did not want a “jack of all trades” plastic surgeon operating on my face. The fact that Dr. Prendiville specializes exclusively in cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery weighed heavily into my decision.I cannot recommend Dr. Prendiville and his staff enough. Every step from the consultation to surgery to post-op has been nothing short of concierge-level care and support.

When you really want to fix your nose, as a nurse, of course I'm aware of the complications and whether the pros outweighed the cons etc.. worried SO unnecessarily and it became an obsession!! I finally had rhinoplasty by Dr. Prendeville, and after 3 years of "doing my homework", I couldn't have had a more positive experience!! I wish I'd have known of him 12 years ago! It was truly a most painless, "in and out" professional procedure, and I compare it to a far easier ordeal than having a dentist fill a tooth!! REALLY!! I interviewed four other surgeons and just knew by photos, the consult, and his awesome staff that he was the one, and I was right!! I don't like to give reviews because then I can't get an appt.!! Very natural results and a truly gifted surgeon!!
