He saved my kidney had a 8mm kidney stone and he did a amazing job thank you for everything Dr Harris ❤️
Dr Harris is a great doctor he fixed my health problem
I would give this a 0 star if I could, the office workers are incompetent, they don't answer the phone and wouldn't call you back..if Dr Harris runs his office like this, then he's just as incompetent as his worker . Find a better doctor, you'll thank me later.
This place is a joke, after waiting 2 and a half months for a appointments they canceled my appointment 45miles before my time, stating that they don't take my insurance, but when I called to make this appointment they said they do.Can't get a answer on why they had over to months to figure this out.Lost a days pay.Do not recommend this office, find someone who won't waste your time.
Not impressed with Dr.Harris can't trust him. Not a man of his word
First patient appointment for my dad. Came with forms filled out and early due to the fact that he is in a wheelchair due to his Parkinson’s. We are still waiting for a Dr. to see him. Half an hour past his schedule appt time. Granted he received a text to get here 30 minutes prior to this appt. So we literally got here an almost an hour before. I don’t expect to be seen earlier but I do expect to be see at his appt time which was 10:30am. Not a very good first impression. I am a very calm person. But pop in and say something acknowledge that you have us waiting is good customer/patient service. My dad is handicapped and gets tired from being in the same sitting position too long.
David Harris is an exceptional doctor! as well Donna Irving is an exceptional nurse! 🙂 I also wish to mention Danielle C. - who checks you out after your appointment- adding to the already exceptional care Danielle adds an exact touch of professionalism, warmth, caring, courtesy, respect, and just plain niceness! thank you
If you can, go literally anywhere else.
The worst experience I have ever had with a drs office and I never even got the chance to go in. Had to schedule an appointment 4 months out, then, less than a week before that appointment, was told the Dr had left the practice. Understandable, not their fault. So I made the soonest possible appointment there with a nurse practitioner so I wouldn’t have to wait another couple months. The day after securing another appointment at this location I went to urgent care due to the ongoing issues I’ve been experiencing. They wrote me a referral to a urologist, to which I thought, “good thing I already have an appointment with one coming up!”. Fast forward to the day before my appointment, I get a call from AUI asking me questions about my symptoms and they are phrasing it as if they are trying to justify me keeping my appointment with them. At the end of the call, my appointment was justified since multiple doctors have found blood in my urine, which made me safe from losing my appointment, phew. Now it’s the day of my appointment and I receive a call 5 hours before I am supposed to come in. They cannot get ahold of my primary doctor. I understand them not being able to receive the referral from my primary dr was my fault since I hadn’t been to him in over a year, but the amount of hurdles that I had to jump over to get this appointment and plead with them that my issues were worthy of an appointment was truly exhausting. They had 5 months to tell me they couldn’t get a hold of my primary doctor, but decided to wait til 5 hours before my appointment to tell me. Was reassured that I could still come in but it would be out of pocket, of course. I am a recent college grad experiencing these symptoms for over 2 years. I am too young to be experiencing these symptoms and too broke to pay out of pocket so I canceled the appointment and will not reschedule with them. I can’t even tell you my experience with any of the actual doctors or nurses unfortunately because I couldn’t make it through the obstacle of an office.
I am deeply pleased with the delicate work performed by nurse Pamela. In English or French, my mother tongue, mere words can hardly express the profound admiration and gratitude I feel towards her for the way she accomplishes her challenging task!! For want of a better word, Thank you EVER SO MUCH from the bottom of my old heart.
