I have the best experience every time. The staff is top notch and supportive. Dr. Fetzer has improved my quality of life far beyond what I had ever thought possible. Thank you so much.
What a CAVALIER RESONSE. It is repeated in EVERY BAD REVIEW. 👎 I sent my Visit Notes from you to Dr George Soliman. I read complete misquoted statements from me. Written in your notes was quote: " I had a nagging backache. " I said quote " I have a STABBING PAIN IN MY BACK " I continued .." and the knife felt like it was twisting" in my back. I've read your BAD REVIEWS. You do NOT LISTEN to your patients. Having your patients waiting over an hour and a half is also DISGUSTINGLY APPALLING. Especially for patients who drive over 4 hours round trip for a visit. Yes, us human beings that live near the Lake. We drive the distance because we expect top notch Doctors. Horrendously Horrible. First visit, said several procedures were available. Took nine months, YES 9 MONTHS, to finish one procedure. Kept saying someone would call me when next appointment was approved. Noone ever called. First time I called after 2 months. SURPRISE , it was approved 6 weeks ago. This STUPIDITY CONTINUED. After Ablation did NOT WORK, the very RUDE Megan ( P.A. should go back to school for common curiosity. You are talking to intelligent human beings in PAIN. Dont treat the person that is paying your salary like a non human. Shame on you) said Surgery available. SURGERY.!!@@!@ What happened to other options. ? ? ? Megan was annoyed cause I requested a Telehealth appointment. I live 4 hours round trip. Can't see spending 4 hours in pain driving. (And another hour PLUS in waiting room) The appointment was for to say yes or no if Ablation worked. OK, MY SOLUTION. Find another Doctor. Did my research. Orthopedic Center with Doctor George Soliman. One section of back pain FREE after one procedure that took only one month after first visit. Trying another procedure in a few weeks for other half of back. Dr George WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING. Staff is OUTSTANDING. Do not waste your time Dr April . I wasted money and more importantly. I was in EXTREME pain for months I will never get back😞 Remember what goes around comes around. PAIN IS TERRIFYING , DESTROYS YOUR LIFE. Maybe (if you really read this) will be a wake up call. BE BETTER LISTEN..isn't that why you became a Doctor?
I’ve seen DR Fetzer for my back and now my neck. With her help over many months my back recovered and is healthy two year later.
Your pets are always makes me feel like a partner in my treatment and recovery. She is highly knowledgeable about the latest proven strategies for managing spinal injuries and age related deterioration.
Very thoughtful and thorough.
Dr April was very nice and explained all details about my problem and answer our questions. Could not asked for a better person to get a good understanding. Thank you
Kept interrupting me when I was talking. Gave me depression meds for pain. She is working for workers comp and doesn't care for relieving my pain. After pushing where I hurt she diagnosed me in minutes. Recommends acupuncture wich isn't an approved medical procedure. I had surgery six months ago and been in pain ever since. Had disc removed. She blamed it on my hip bone. Wants to give me injections for my hip and not the back wich is the actual problem. Very dismissive of me and my worries. Not looking forward to going back.
I had a good visit with Dr. Fetzer. She was thorough with her explanation of what issues I have going on.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
