When I was referred to Dr. Kelly he immediately seen me since I hadva serius infection caused by a knee replacement surgery a year earlier. My right leg was swallen to about twoce it's normal size. He sent fluid from my knee for testing to determine what type of infection I had. He also had to remove my prosthetic knee which was separated in two areas causef by the infection. He performed surgery within two weeks of meeting with him. He put a temporary spacer in it's place so that he could cure the infection which in turn reduced the swelling. His quick diagnosis has saved my leg after other doctors in Naples said there were no issues and some people have a longer recovery period. I am thankfull Dr. Kelly put my recovery back on track with his accurate diagnosis and excellent surgery techniques. It has been 3 months since my surgery and Dr. Kelly continues to monitor my progress so that hopefully he can give me a new knee replacement when the healing process has progressed further.

Dr. Kelly is a very conscientious Dr. I fell and broke my knee cap in several pieces. He took his time to explain everything regarding surgery and repair to me...in terms that made sense to my husband and myself. He is kind and sincere in his approach. Personally checked on me after surgery, which I very much appreciated.

I met Dr Kelly February 2022 when it was determined I had Orthopedic Arthritis of the left hip. Goal was to lose weight healthy to get BMI to 40; process took to October 4th scheduled surgery date. Hurricane Ian arrived and surgery was on back burner. Finally rescheduled December 13th, 2022. His administrarive assistant is Dixie who is as personable as him. Alison is Dr Kelly's new PA who assisted him in my surgery which was life changing! I was walking hours later in no pain. Subsequent pain management was acetametfin every 4 hours and only baby aspirin to combat any blood clot.

Dr. Kelly performed a left hip revision for me following several dislocations of the joint. His analysis of the problem and proposed solution were carefully explained prior to Surgery. I am 13 days post-op and feeling very little pain. I feel like a problem I have lived with through two previous surgeries is fixed for good. I would recommend him to anyone with ongoing orthopedic issues. Thanks

Excellent care from start to finish. Dr. Kelly explained my knee issue and reviewed my X-ray with me. He offered some simple effective lifestyle and home remedies. He also explained the medication. I am very HAPPY with my treatment and would highly recommend Dr. Kelly and this practice.
