Needs to work on timely scheduling, not great if you have to take time off from work to go here! Waiting over an hour for a morning appointment is not acceptable in today's age of communication. They need to put a system into play to text/call/e-mail your patients if you are going to be over 20 mins late. Certainly don't ask your patients to show up early if he "always runs late".

Waited at least 4 months for my first visit. He was 2-1/2 hrs. late. He was thorough to a fault and sited more reports and studies that I wanted to hear about. Very intelligent but not the bedside manner I was looking for.

Dr. Briseno has been our physician for four plus years and his dedication to family ,country and patients is absolute. His detailed attention for my husband saved his life. He is the Best of the Best!

I'm sure he is a good doctor, just not a good fit for us schedule wise. After waiting for many months for a physical exam, an 1/2-2 hour wait to see him was not good. Had to go to work. At least text us to let us rearrange our day. Communication needs to improve.

Saw Dr Briseno for the first time this morning. He was very thorough and professional. The staff was pleasant and professional as well. The whole experience made me feel like they thought I was the only patient there - I really mattered. I recommend Dr Briseno.

He is a great doctor and thorough. Unfortunately, he is with Lee Health amd I never get to see him but only his PA's. Today I was set to see him and waited 40 minutes. I asked how much longer it would be and was told it would be another hour. They returned my co pay without issue and I left. I have experienced days where they have not answered the phone and I use Convenient Care mostly now as they only have appts 4-6 wks out.
