Coast Dental, University Crossing, is the best! Front end staff went over and beyond to get my husband and myself taken care of. Previous Dentist was supposed to send our exrays over. I made several calls to this office. They never sent them! So they retook them so they could take care of our teeth. The front end staff, exray tech, hygienist, and manager were exceptional♥️ We were seen by the dentist virtually and she knew exactly what needed to be done! Ther staff took great care of our teeth and knew what had to be done.I would recommend this practice for your full dentistry needs! Great staff and willingness to welcome a new client with open arms. I feel like I've known them for a long time and this was my third visit.The scheduling department needs to go they have messed up 3X now and if it wasn't for the local office I would have changed clinics. This is unprofessional and absolutely uncalled for when the scheduling process dosen't know when the doctor will be in office for procedure. It took me 2 months to get in the office for a crown. Again the local team was great but you can't call and schedule directly hince the problem.

This place is a SCAM! Do NOT go here! I went for my first appointment, and they told me with my insurance, my out of pocket costs. I signed their agreement and paid it. Then, when I went back for my follow up visit, the same thing, BUT there were additional costs not covered by my insurance from my previous visit and I needed to pay those too. So I paid yet again, the balance from my first visit, and what they said my out of pocket costs would be for the follow up visit. Then when I looked at my insurance EOB, it said that they don't cover teledentistry, which is all this practice does. I cancelled my future appointments and found another dentist where the doctors actually come into the office and meet with the patients. I thought that was the end of it and I was done with this ridiculous operation. Until today. I received a text message, immediately followed by an email, stating that I had a balance due from my last visit. My last visit was in JUNE. It is now almost DECEMBER. Nothing in the mail, no statement, absolutely nothing. After I already paid what they said my out of pocket costs were with my insurance. So either their staff is incompetent, or they are running a scam. Either way, I won't be giving them another dime.
