Dr. Nicole Alessi's Online Review Report Card

I made an appointment with Dr. Alessi staff a few weeks ago for February 3rd for an eye exam. I am an engineer and always read reviews and observe procedures. I arrived at Collin Vision 25 minutes early to complete forms, as it was my first visit. From reception, I made 3 stops into various rooms for what I refer to as pre-exam and not a minute wasted. The team that set the sequence/procedure for each patient did a phenomenal job, as there truly was not a minute wasted as you would experience in other offices. Just like clockwork to the final stage where Dr. Alessi did the final exam, I sincerely felt like I had a through inspection/exam when I departed the office. I was in for glaucoma test and feel like I have my eyes with the best and highly recommend Dr. Alessi and her staff. Why go to the 2nd best?

I saw Dr. Alessi for the first time yesterday at Collins Vision in Naples. In all my 70 plus years, she is one of the most kind and caring doctors I have ever had. Her knowledge and professionalism was impressive. Her friendly and upbeat attitude left me feeling good about my visit, and glad that she is my doctor! Her staff was kind and helpful as well. I felt I was in good hands throughout my visit.

Seen Several years , always on time, always in and out, outstanding service at Collins vision. Staff is great. Recommend!

We moved our elderly mom to the Ft Myers area last year and we needed to find her all new doctors, which is a huge task considering I live in NY. Dr. Alessi came highly recommended and I was able to go to the appointment with my mom last week. I was very impressed with the office and the equipment. Very high tech! Dr. Alessi was caring and compassionate and very thorough. My mom was anxious to start over with a new doctor and Dr. Alessi put her completely at ease. She explained everything concerning her dry eyes in detail and her assistant Katie was super helpful in going over the instructions. I'm so glad we found someone that we can trust and my mom feels comfortable with. I will only take her here from now on...we found her new eye doctor.

INCOMPETENT STAFF ALL AROUND! I made the mistake of going there last Jan 2017, I was seen by Dr Alessi & her assistants. They all seemed nice until she gave me the wrong prescription and I called their weekend service, left 3 messages and no one called me back. I couldn't see, I needed help. On Monday they explained they never received my messages and their vendor sent my protected health info to the wrong office. I wrote a complaint letter, no response. Dr sent another wrong prescription again!
