Dr. Scott Geller Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Geller is an excellent opthalmologist. He has stellar credentials and great clinical skills. As an independent practitioner he harkins back to a better time before medicine fell prey to corporate culture.

My vision was blurry due to poor contacts and Dr Geller fixed me up great. Him and his team are very friendly five stars in my book

I recently travelled from the Indianapolis area to visit Dr. Scott Geller and The South Florida Eye Clinic in Fort Myers.  While there I received a very thorough exam and received laser treatment for vitreous floaters.  As anyone who experiences them knows, they can be quite annoying.  I specifically sought out Dr. Geller's proficiency in this treatment as he is the most professional and experienced ophthalmologist perhaps in the world, who regularly performs this procedure. He utilizes the most advanced laser available for this treatment and I can honestly attest that the results are AMAZING!  These floaters can truly be a "quality of life" issue, and I am thankful to Dr. Geller that he understands this and is dedicated to helping his patients improve their lives. I went to the Optical outlet to get an eye exam because I needed reading glasses. I received the exam and chose the eyeglasses from their assortment. When I returned to pick up the eye wear the prescription of 2.25 was way to strong and I couldn't see clearly at any distance. I wear otc glasses at 1.75 strength which are perfect from 1 to 3 feet away.  The assistant asked If I would like a re exam which I agreed to. Well the next prescription was for 1.50 strength. Once again I have very limited range. I had also brought my otc cheap 1.75 strength glasses on the second exam so the doctor could see what worked best for me. The second staff member could only appologize and didn't act like she wanted to book a third appointment. So now I have 2 pair of glasses I have no use for and have went back to my $6.00 specials and once again can read clearly. Thanks again Optical Outlet

I traveled across the state to see. Dr. Geller for floaters that had developed in one eye. Dr. Geller determined there was a large PVD in the center of my vision and did three laser sessions. My vision is much better now and not as annoying, but I will likely have to have a few more sessions in a few months to see if he can get the remainder. I'm okay with that since the procedure is painless for the most part. Thanks Dr. Geller.

I have worn glasses since 5th grade. Dr Gellar told me to pitch my glasses he was going to fix my cataracts! I can see 20/20 now! I’m so happy. He is a great doc and great staff. I highly recommend him.

Floaters, if you have them , you know how debilitating they can be.Here is a doctor that has dedicated his practice to helping with this affliction for decades, before most doctors even thought about it as a significant problem. no down time, and if it was a covered medical expense like it should be,  a lot more people would benefit from his treatments.

Resolving a continuous swirl of floaters to clear quiet vision was wonderful. Dr Geller and his entire staff are pleasant and professional. I waited many years expecting the floaters to disappear but only the skillful expertise of Dr. Geller using his YAG laser accomplished that goal. Many heartfelt thanks.

I've seen a lot of eye Dr's in my time and Dr. Geller is by far the best I've experienced. Other Dr's told me the floater in my eye couldn't be fixed. Dr. Geller fixed it in two procedures. I'm so happy with the exerience from start to finish. I can see again! Thank you so much!
