Very disappointing in how the office is ran. Dr Quinn is very nice, and seems to be intelligent. But waiting over an hour and a half for a 5 min follow up isn’t acceptable. Staff is not the best. Very Poor communication, very unsympathetic to the wait. The nurse that did my first eye exam had my prescription very wrong. So I came back because I was having trouble with my eyes. He wanted my eyes tested again. This nurse then said I had 20/20 vision? Just needed “eye drops”. I think the care by the dr is good, they need to hire more qualified help. I’m not happy I spent $400 on glasses that turned out to be the wrong prescription. Even after that I came back for my follow up. There are a lot of very qualified eye drs in town. In this competitive environment service is everything . I’m a nurse, and I understand things happen. But how you handle situations determines his strong your business is. For what it’s worth, that’s my experience. I rescheduled my own client appointments this morning to just have it wasted waiting an hour and a half. Even if you’re retired, no one wants to sit in a hospital with COVID-19 patients.

Having run a private practice for over 30 years, I am very in tune with professional office operations. This office has little wait time. The Doctor and staff are all punctual and professional. Unlike many current medical visitations at other offices, I interpret a sense of true caring, case familiarization with personal acknowledgment. I highly recommend Dr. Quinn’s professional services.
