Dr. Gomez decide that instead of fixing my torn bicep that it “looked cool” the way it was. Stay away from these clowns.
Horrible service , 30 minutes hold then disconnect every time Christina answers the phone…
I went with my friend for moral support. Dr Gomez did not want to listen to anything my friend said to him about her injury. I tried to also tell Dr Gomez about my friends injury and continued pain, he cut me off because he did not want to hear it. After he cut me off he said to my friend, there is nothing I can do for you, you need to find someone else, I am done with you. Very rude, never admits he may be incorrect. Absolutely the worst Dr ever. If you value yourself and your injury, find another Dr that respects you as a person and your injury.
Well as far as Dr. Gomez is concerned I don’t consider him an ethical doctor. I was treated with Dr. Gomez in 2018 after an accident at work in 2017. I had surgery in March 2018 and unfortunately I had a frozen shoulder also so I had to go in for an a manipulation under anesthesia where they could get rid of all the scar tissue. The morning of my surgery in June for the manipulation the doctor was very upset because no one told the anesthesiologist to be there early so he decided to take me back anyway and start the procedure if anyone has had a torn rotator cuff you know that it’s very painful it’s a very painful recovery. After the manipulation surgery he let me wake up without a nerve block which was horrible pain just horrific. Then when I got my MRI back I had two new tears in two different places. I have worked with Dr. Gomez for a few years now. It did take me a long time to realize that he really wasn’t listening to me nor was he really investigating my health issues with Worker’s Comp. . So I feel that he might be competent in the private sector but when it comes to Worker’s Comp. I suggest you do a one time change because his behavior and his unwilling to listen to his patients under Worker’s Comp. is horrendous. I still haven’t gotten my right shoulder corrected I’ve lost my job and my left arm is in bad shape also. So good luck! 😭😞😢
Husband had TKR and couldn't be happier. Dr. Gomez is a skilled surgeon, I don't care about personalty, he did an excellent follow up with me while my husband was in recovery. Matt his PA is terrific, he went into the office on Saturday to write a new prescription, Thank you! 4 month update: follow up office visits have been on time and quick. Doctor and PA have gone above and beyond helping with VA related matters. The incision has healed beautifully, little scaring.
well I first met Dr. Gomez in January 2018 after an injury at work I had a torn right rotator cuff. He did the repair on the right rotator cuff on March 2018 I kept telling him there was a problem I could move my arm Therapy told me I had a frozen shoulder so he proceeded to do another surgery it was a manipulation under anesthesia which was a very painful experience because I woke up without a block. Thank goodness for the nurses in the surgery center they’re wonderful because I could hear the nurse telling them she needs it now get him now I want to thank the nurses and the Surgery Center they’re the best very very compassionate people and without the nurses I would’ve been in a pain a lot longer. Then and 2019 when I kept complaining about my arm he performed a cleanup surgery as he claimed but as he needed to remove solvable stitches And all I need to say is after all of these procedures I always had brand-new tears that showed up on the MRI. Now I have Dr Parent Naples great Dr!!!
He treats his patients as if they were worthless. Yells at them and tells them his work was done properly (it was not). He has absolutely no bedside manner and always tells the patient they are the problem, not him.
Bedside manners was the worst! Very arrogant and not in the least personable. I decided to change after first visit - will never go back.
Dificultad . Inflamación y mucho dolor en rodilla izquierda y por detrás tengo un abultamiento i
Two weeks, 4/30/21, ago Dr. Ed Gomez performed a surgical rotor cuff repair of my left shoulder and I am doing great. I have already begun PT in my home and am extremely pleased with the results thus far. Let it be known that this was the 4th orthopedic repair performed on me by Dr. Gomez and I am one of his biggest fans. He has repaired an Achilles pickelball rupture (11/2014), replaced my left hip (4/2016), replaced my left knee(06/2017, and now shoulder surgery. This guy is the best in my book. He listens, explains and has answered any question I have asked. He has a great team with PA Matt. I'm 78 YO and he is the reason I'm still going strong even with a clipped wing.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
