He was down to earth, efficient. Did have to wait 45 minutes but he apologized. Had a problem that needed to be looked at by another dr ,on site, and Dr. Eiselman walked me to the other office and gave the info to desk and I was worked in in about 30 minutes. Very happy with both doctors and would recommend them to anyone. I have heard other people complain about their waits at other Eye doctor's offices.

Rude, late and no bedside manner. Would never go to him again and would not recommend him to anyone. Was told I could walk out at any time by him and so I walked out of appointment. However, the other staff were great.

Sat in office over an hour waiting for him. He never apologized for being so late. This happened 2 years in a row. He told me my eyes were good when actually I have cataracts and macular degeneration. I would never want him to examine me again. Lost all trust in him.
