Dr. Gross lacks compassion for his patients
He didnt seem concerned About my CKD advancing another stage. I asked many questions but got few answers. Didnt show any concern or interest and made me feel like I was intruding.
Tampa general told me to get reweigh from dr gross office one of his employee said no five times . We got in a argument and I left his office got new Dr . His office sent letter to Tampa general he saying I’m combative and jeopardize my ability to get a kidney. Under no circumstances should anyone go to this office there narsasitic people
I had a good experience with my first visit with Dr. Gross. He was attentive to my concerns. He was knowledgeable courteous professional and spent an appropriate of time wIth me. His staff including front office were all professional courteous and efficient.
On vacation in Florida and had issues with my renal transplant. Dr. Gross was invested in getting me better and was very caring. Saw him a number of times inpt and once at his office. Highly recommend
I havent got the bill yet so I couldnt fill in the amount I paid. I had no issue with this doctor. After being diagnosed with a severe immunedeficiency by an immunologist my blood work also showed that there was a kidney problem and possibly a thyroid problem. I was quite upset to hear all this bad news but Dr. Gross was very sympathetic to my dilemma. And Vicky his nurse was wonderful about teaching me what my kidney issue involved.
I came into his office without knowing why I was sent there. He explained everything very well to me and made the experience much less scary
Was scared going into appointment didnt know much about kidney disease. Left appointment very informed and felt like I understood what was going on.
Very poor bedside manner. Not on time. Cold and short answers. Sounded irritable and looked like he rather be elsewhere.
Took a couple of weeks to get in but well worth it. He has helped me a lot and explained my kidney problem so I could understand it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
