An array of internal management issues leaves me thinking this operation is decaying.In support of a family member, FirstLight missed appoints, canceled unexpectedly, and then refused to continue service unless we committed to automatic payment (direct withdraw from our checking) despite us having a spotless and on-time payment record with them.In term of family care, avoid organizations that are not internally well organized as they will not be externally operational either.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is the worst home health care organization I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. They do not take customer's questions or concerns seriously, they do not return phone calls, and they constantly send random caregivers out when it has been specifically requested that they do not do that. They treat not only their customers like garbage, but also their caregiver staff. The "Care" Coordinator Kristin is the most unprofessional disrespectful person and does not deserve to be in this business. They should be embarrassed at how they conduct their business. There are so many other genuine, caring companies to chose from. I'm happy to say we are no longer using this companies services.

Cnas are always late never do the job they are supposed to do. The schedulers dont listen or care. And one scheduler hung up on me when he screwed up and didnt eant to fix it
