I really appreciate the care that Ive been receiving at this location. I feel like my doctor and the nurses have my best interest at heart.It just bugs me a bit when I get called a kid or kiddo. Its not my preferred way to be addressed.

HURRY UP AND WAITTook my father for labs and Dr. visit. It took 4 12 hours Absolutely unacceptable Absolutely inhuman to make sick elderly people wait so long. Also the nurse practitioner did not wash her hands properly she only used a tiny amount of hand sanitizer. Anyone in the medical field knows how to properly wash their hands before an exam. I called her on it and she completely ignored me. Filthy rude and arrogant.

We are really happy and thankful we came to this center very spacious clean and the staff super professional. They went the extra mile to assist us in any way possible as well as the rest of the patients.Ashley provided coffee and a very warm cozy blanket 😊We definitely would love to do the procedures at this center.

Very caring and helpful handle on line inquiries in a timely manner. I see Dr Esper he is super. All the employees in the infusion area extremely caring .

I totally disagree with the policy of not letting a spouse go back in the infusion room anymore. If I had not been with her when she had a bad reaction to Taxiol who knows how long she would have been passed out before the medical staff noticed. This policy stinks.i also need to be with her on Doctors visits I case she doesnt hear clearly what is said about her condition

I have been going here for one year and the staff is great. Debbie the PA is the best always happy and that puts me in a good mood if I am having a bad day. Dr Raymond is the best doctor ever. He is not giving up on me I see him once a month and have blood work. I am a complicated case. I love Dr Raymond Debbie and the rest of the staff. I won’t go anywhere else I highly recommend them.Thank you for not giving up on meJoAnne Marsh

From waiting two hours because everyone goes to lunch to waiting another hour to getting hooked up to chemo. Stop overbooking And maybe stop going to lunch at the same time.
