I had an appointment for an in house visit with my Oncologist a day before the appointment I received a phone call stating the doctor would like to only do a phone call appointment. I said I do not believe in any medical phone call appointments and I would either just simply skip my appointment or reschedule. The appointment was rescheduled for almost one month after the first appointment. 2 days before this appointment I again get a phone call stating the doctor wanted a phone call appointment I canceled this appointment also. What a crock These doctors dont care at all. Im looking for someone who really cares

First off my doctor the head doctor arguing over my diagnose He said to come back when I have INSURANCE Records can show proof of thisWhen they couldnt FIND the leukemia I went to Moffitt They diagnosed me within hours that I didnt even have 2 months to liveWhy? What did I do to make you see me as a waste of timeVery sad How many more people have they done this to? Im fighting complications because NO ONE in medical field cared God bless♡

The staff is really great They are friendly caring compassionate and professional. Youll be crazy to go anywhere else. Dr McCleod is the greatest. Rose in the prescription authorization department which she works behind the scene. She is very professional and she does her job very well and accurate. She really goes the distance to get things authorized and taken care of for the patients. I wanted to acknowledge her because I really appreciate her. I go to both North Cape NFt Myers and both offices are great Dont take my word for it. Just find out for yourself and youll see.

My grandfathers care has been amazing and their Covid protocols are on point. However with more cars picking up dropping off patients the lab’s and campus security need to park somewhere other than the drop off area I have almost been hit twice with people trying to pull in and out around up to 3 of these vehicles parked in the circle at once. It’s truly causing a danger that’s completely avoidable especially with over half of the drivers being elderly...

My hematologist closed his practice in port charlotte so I chose the place because they had several moffit cancer Center trained doctors. My first visit the Dr suggested changing my blood thinner I had been on for 12 years w no problem. I reacted badly and went back to the original med. He recommended I go to Gainesville to be examined to determine if lovenox is the right choice. My other problems delayed the visit so I have been pleading for Dr zafar to renew my lovenoxenoxaparin now to no avail. I was told they r unable to renew it electronically so they have to send a fax. Amazing in our digital age this is true of a group this big. Acreedo pharmacy laughs every time I try to get their fax processed. Still no luck my primary has to do it. One more failure Im out of here.

This Florida Cancer Specialists location is amazing The receptionists nurses and Doctors are always friendly make you feel welcome and truly care about their patients. The best Doctor is Dr McCloed and his nurse practitioner Loraine

Front desk staff is lazy and rude. I gave them FMLA paperwork to sign. Its been 3 weeks and I still dont have it. When I ask for it I get put on hold and told the same thing over and over. Are you serious? Three weeks??The triage nurses could barely take blood from my mothers arm. They DID NOT know how to use a port my mother had put in surgically. Also they have no compassion whatso ever. None of the staff there does.It was a terrible experience and I feel so bad my dying mother had to put up with it at all. Shes doing better now that shes in hospice.

The company as a whole is terrible.They also blocked me on Facebook so I could not warn others. Take the trip to Moffitt.
