Dr. Helgemo performed mininally invasive carpal tunnel procedure on both of my wrists about 10 years ago,, instant relief, once and done! Since then he has worked to relieve my arthritic had pain and injured thumb. He us a gifted surgeon that goes above and beyond.

I am very pleased with Dr. Olarte and his staff, very glad I took the plunge to get an appointment with him. I was not satisified with my previous doctor's asessment of my hand issue, and wanted a second opinion. Dr. Olarte was thorough and has taken good care of me, I plan on staying with Florida Hand Center for future needs. I am addind the additional coomment about the other doctor in this practice. Dr. Helgemo, I had the need for a "look at" my surgery, he was able to fit me in, and was kind, he also was good at explaining my issue. I give both of these doctors an excellent rating

I have severe arthritis in both of my hands. I made an appointment to have cortizone shots which I was told I would be able to receive. I have no insurance so I paid over $200 to be told I have arthritis.
