I have never been at a more efficient office! Friendly front desk immediately gave me forms to fill out. I sat down and probably answered 5 questions before friendly outgoing X-ray tec. called me back. She then showed me to a small waiting room after a very efficient group of x-rays. I was able to answer another 1/2 page of questions before triage then escorted me to the exam room. That nurse was extreamly nice and efficient, listening, asking questions, entering data, and examining my knees. She was very informative and answered all my questions. I was only left alone maybe 4-5 minutes before a smiling Dr Swartz came in, reviewed my concerns and the condition of my knees. She clearly reviewed the possible treatments for my knees. Discussing her recommendations and choices. I had to finish reading and signing several of the forms while waiting to check out.
