First I would like to say that Dr. Dias is a amazing doctor.Since Millennium took over managing his practice it fell apart. They are horrible passing on information and don’t get back to you.

After attempting to reschedule an appointment and calling dozens of times leaving messages and never receiving a return call back I had to find a new Dr. just to have my prescriptions refilled. This is Healthcare at its worst. I have been hung up on several times and never once had a conversation with a person. Disgraceful.

Dr Tovar Dias has been my doctor for the past 8 years. He is honest competent and caring. He never rushes you and explains things thoroughly. He was my parents doctor and now all 5 of my siblings and their spouses go to him as well.

Dr. TovarDias is a rare breed. He spends time with you and gives you the time you need. I never feel rushed with him even though I can tell he has a busy day. I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness.

I’ve always had excellent experiences here. I’ve also have never had an issue with the office staff. Shirley is always pleasant to speak and interact with. Dr. TovarDiaz has always been the consummate professional and excellent diagnostician.

Dr. Tovar Dias is the best physician you could ever want. He is caring kind and most knowledgeable I would not go to any other physician He is a god send to healthcare.

Its unfortunate that the administration staff is so lacking. Ive tried twice before today and times today to change an appt. I have yet to talk with a human. I have left messages. There recorded message says to leave a message with name phone number and reason and they will return your call within 4 hours. All B.S. as I have never received a call back EVER. I agree with those previous that have said Dr. Tovar DIas and P.A. Petra are great. Those are the only people Ive have dealings with when I went for my 2 previous appts. Their staff is a disgrace.

Last year I was told they were transferring to Millenium Physician Group which is unfortunate. I elected to get my followup elsewhere. I spent 15+ minutes on hold trying to obtain a value for prior labs. After eternal hold I was told to fax medical release to them to get information as I was not in system. So I guess prior patient paper chart are in the cloud somewhere. Thankfully will not be dealing with receptionists again.Dr Tovar Dias and Barbara BustilloLewin PA are really great practitioners.
