Benjamin Brody explained the testing procedures before and during the tests very well. Interpreting the results was clear, understandable and answered all of my questions. Because of my 20-40 dB asymmetrical loss of hearing since 2019, he recommended that I see a doctor first before getting a hearing aid. The one suggested was a Starkey Evolv 2400 AI RIC @ $7K for a pair with a 60-day trial period.

I just got my hearing aids back from being serviced at Hoglund Family hearing. Michelle and Stephane did a fantastic job getting them set up again. I highly recommend going there for any hearing aids.
