Dr Sosa is the best Dr in South West Florida. I have being his patient for more 15 year .He take time to listen to you .he is a very kind and lovable Dr.I will not change him .I am happy with his experience and the best .

Horrible Incompetent staff scheduling and phonetext system. Waited 45 minutes for first appointment was told to come back anytime for a follow up test and when I arrive Im told it will be ready in 45 minutes why didnt I make an appointment? I asked and was told it wasnt necessary. I made an appointment for two weeks later arrive at the scheduled time only to be told they needed to set up the machine and then 15 minutes later I am told it is not working Seriously? Why couldnt they have been courteous and called to reschedule? I was given the wrong phone number and incorrect instructions for lab work and they billed the insurance incorrectly so then I needed to spend addl time trying to fix yet another item screwed up. I wish I had the opportunity to have my insurance company deny payments due to their lack of professionalism knowledge and courtesy

This place is awesome I drive from kingwood Tx every time that we have appointments and we love the staff and Dr Javier is awesome he takes the time to talk with you and go over every details with you also they accept all insurance.

Hands down the most genuine doctor I’ve had since I moved to Ft Myers 16 years ago. I’m so grateful that I found him. When I lived in Ohio I had the same primary care physician from when I was born until I moved here. I’ve tried to stick with one Primary in Ft Myers and have had multiple issues with multiple doctors. I’ve been billed for procedures that I didn’t have had to pay for bills that were 100% covered by insurance but not refunded talked down to and talked over or heshe simply didn’t care about anything I had to say. I’ve left appointments in tears due to the way I was treated by staff or the doc and I’m a pretty easy going person. Dr. Sosa treated me with respect and kindness. He listened to me without interrupting me and didn’t make snap judgements or assumptions. I left my appointment feeling great even though I went to him with a concern which is still up in the air— I still left there happy and positive. It’s amazing how different my perspective has changed based on the experience I had with Dr Sosa. I don’t understand why there’s so many doctors down here that are mean and rude. They shouldn’t be in that field of work if patients annoy them so badly.Thank you Dr Sosa and staffI hope I didn’t jinx myself

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Sosaa few days ago.He is my PCP for Medicare AARP UHC insurance.I just moved to Ft MyersFl. and had to choose.He heard and read my new patient historydoing the routine patient evaluation.My health records are like a stunt mans gone wrong.Well that might be pushing itbut he knew things that I didnt about dealing with extreme situations like mine that fall in the cracks nowadays.First he said hell back me on certain thingsbut for future expectation I have to face some tough miles ahead.He said i have a lot of yrs. left but will take one step at a time to build a new map for a path outside of my norm. And the results of this can increase my longevityI really like Dr. Sosa he is very concerned about my welfarea true physician

Post 3 when I arrived to my appointment the next day they said they could not find me in the system according to their records I was scheduled for a different day and time. The only solution they had for me was to come back at the date and time in their system and a manger could follow up with me.

Would not go back to this doctor. I had a list of concerns that I discussed with the doctor. While he listened he was only concerned with scheduling a follow up appointment. This is simply them trying to get more money from you. I explained how my ears were blocked and I couldnt hear. He said he would do that at the next visit. Why would someone wait 2 weeks to get their ears cleaned when you cant hear? I finally told him this is something that should be taken care of and he had his nurse do the procedure. Never addressed my heartburn or anxiety issue as I guess that would be taken care of at the next appointment. Waste of time and money.

Best Physician I EVER had I wish to God I was closer. He helped me in ways no one ever did. After years of suffering with Fibromyalgia only he seemed to come up with a plan. Now... I have Physician’s that seem to want to blame my issues on anything but what it is. Went out on disability because my issues were so intense. Now having trouble getting anyone to believe me. Sure wish I still lived close enough to have him for my Dr. He’s the best there is

One of the best Doctors in Lee County. This man knows his stuff. He is not like other doctors he really listens to you and he really cares about his parients.
