Dr Kleiman is great I really didn't think My feet could not be fixed but he is proving me wrong He has done a wonderful job on my right foot
Calling this office and speaking to the receptionist was like calling a foreign country and connecting with someone who did not speak my language. Absolute HANDS DOWN, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced.
I wish all my Dr’s where this good. I’ll never go to anyone else for my feet. Thanks Doc.
Very professional and well trained in his area of expertise. I was very satisfied with the medical care provided.
Dr. Kleiman is always their to help you. Nothing is ever to much trouble for him. Always explains the procedures . Best of the best.
I have been searching for a doctor that can diagnose the problem with my right foot. Dr. Kleiman was highly recommended and he was accepting new patients. When I called to make an appointment everything seemed to go great. They accepted my insurance, the appointment was set and then they informed me that they would need to keep my credit card on file. I informed them that I could not do that. I could pay my copay with it, but I could not give them my card number and my security code to keep on file. Their supervisor said they could not accept me as a patient unless I allowed them to keep my credit card info on file with their office. I had to cancel the appointment. I am disappointed, I was looking forward to see if doctor Kleiman can help me. People were telling me he was the best. I have been in pain for weeks, however my search continues to find a doctor that can help me.
I saw Dr. Kleiman for a toenail issue. He was so kind and professional that I had to leave him a review! Great bedside manner and really knew what he was talking about. I don't have any chronic foot/ankle issues but will recommend him to anyone I know who needs a foot and ankle specialist. Also, his staff at the Estero office was great! One of the receptionists offered to meet me outside of work because I had forgotten my drivers license there (fortunately I was still able to go pick it up before the long weekend).
After a different foot specialist tried to rectify my foot pain over a six-month period, Dr Kleiman quickly diagnosed my foot issue as a non-union fracture (the previous doctor had not diagnosed the non-union fracture). He took substantial time providing me a few options to rectify the problem, including trying a bone stimulator for several months. He did not push surgery, which is usually the first choice of most surgeons. After carefully reviewing my options I opted to have Dr Kleiman perform surgery so I could get on with my life in a few months. My foot surgery came out great and the pain afterward was minimal. I can't thank Dr Kleiman enough for his thoughtfulness and professionalism.
Dr. Kleiman performed foot surgery on my husband and I can't rate Dr. Kleiman high enough. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars! This doctor actually gave us his cell phone number after surgery and told us to call him any time if we had concerns. We did need to call him and he got back to us almost immediately. He shows such caring and concern. Never rushes you and answers all questions thoroughly. Dr. Kleiman possesses the qualities you wish every doctor had - true compassion, respect for his patients, complete confidence that he knows how to treat you to get you better. I would highly recommend Dr. Kleiman.
I will start with saying that I am very pleased with Dr. Kleiman's care. He took his time explaining my daughter's situation and gave me options for her care. My daughter felt very comfortable talking to him. He answered all my questions, provided me with everything needed for my daughter to get better and was very professional. HOWEVER, the staff IS NOT. From the very beginning the front desk staff(Denise and the other lady sitting right next to her, did not get her name but has dark hair with red highlights)were very rude to me and did not want to help me with my insurance issues(granted, showing inactive due to an error that was made by Blue Cross Blue Shield)BUT,I explained to them the problem, I provided them with the reference# that they needed in order for them to call to BCBS and verify that indeed my daughter was active and they refused. Their answer was " we don't have time to be on the phone with BCBS" how unprofessional is this?!? That is part of their job and if they feel they don't have time to verify my insurance then, obviously they are working in the wrong place. I work in the medical field myself(specifically with insurances, referrals and authorizations) and I know that if they would've call and provided BCBS with the reference# everything would've ran a lot smoother. After TWO HOURS going back and forward my daughter was finally able to get the care that she needed. Again, very pleased with Dr. Kleiman's care, but very disappointed and upset with the front desk(check in). By the way, this does not include the rest of the staff(medical assistant, and check out were great as well). I hope the manager can do something about these ladies. It will be a shame that the facility would loose patients due to an attitude and rudeness of employees that obviously need to go back to training and learn how the patient always goes first and you do everything in your power to help them.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
