Wound care does not answer their phones nor the messages you leave for at least 2-3 days. Horrible way to run a business especially when you’re having a problem and they tell you to call immediately if one occurs!!
Office does not answer phones. Called for over a week and had to force lee health coordinators to make them call me back. Upon my visit Dr. Tamir didnt seem to care at all about my ongoing issue and told me to google the information and surgery prochedure i was there to discuss with him. I wouldn't trust this man with filing paperwork after a single visit
I had a freak accident on my leg and called to get an appointment. When I saw the wound was getting worse I called Dr Tamir's and Victoria told me the next available for a new patient was 2.5 weeks away. My wound got so bad I now had cellulitis and created a huge open wound in my leg. My family doctor told me to get seen immediately. And even sent a referral to his office with the diagnosis and STAT. It was ulcerized and very. very deep wound. I was told this was urgent that I needed to be seen immediately by a wound doctor referring to Dr. Tamir. If not taken care of immediately I could lose my leg. Calling again to Dr. Tamir's office and speaking to VIctoria I was told there were no openings and the only doctors (the office has 2 MD's, 2 PA"s and a nurse practitioner) I could see were the MD's and they were completely booked. She told me to go to the ER who I told that is no help since they could only change my dressing. "Well there is nothing I can do you have to wait til your appointment a week away". Now working for doctors as I did for over 25 years we always made room for emergency patients. However, this Victoria would do nothing even with my doctor's office calling her. If this is Dr. Tamir's protocol for appointments it is horrible. This girl should not be making appointments with such lack of compassion or knowledge of what is an extreme emergency. She caused frustration and even more worry that I did not need under the circumstances.I was able to find another doctor who knows what an emergency is (unlike Dr Tamir's office) and am getting treatment. If I had waited because the wound is so severe most likely I would have been in a position to lose my leg. Hopefully getting the good care right away I am praying this will be able to heal in a few months.
Dr. Tamir is knowledgeable and very kind. He includes me with all of the healthcare decisions to make sure I have a say in the treatment. He is also very accessible as I have his cell phone number and can phone or text him any time. He answers promptly as well. I recommend Dr. Tamir wholeheartedly!
Dr. Tamir was the answer to our prayers. He cured a diabetic ulcer that my husband had been struggling with for nearly 5 years. He had a wonderful personality and was most knowledgeable. Dr. Tamir performed surgery and within a couple of weeks, the ulcer was healing nicely and was healed very shortly thereafter. It was really our 'Christmas Miracle'. For the first time in nearly 5 years, I could go to visit my family without having to have someone take care of and dress his foot. What a wonderful feeling of relief for both of us. We cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Tamir and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts.
This dear doctor saved me from a very mutilating surgery that a different doctor prescribed. What a terrific doctor and such a fine human!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
