My husband had a Living related kidney transplant over 25 years ago. Dr. Van Sickler has been his nephrologist from the beginning. I am a nurse and he has always explained things in a way both a medical person and a non medical person can understand. We have the utmost regard for his knowledge and highly recommend him.

The other reviews are not accurate yes it takes time as a new patient to get an appointment. But when you do establish yourself as a patient you will realize why you have to wait to see Him. He is the best nephrologist within a hundred miles of fort myers.

The best nephrologist in the area as a transplant patient he really understands my special needs and is instrumental in helping me take care of my kidneys so I wont need those transplanted as well
